A little on the pricey side per night but I guess it is London

The location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was amazing.

The hotel is lovely - a little boutique hotel in the heart of Westminster. Also really quiet - it is on a main road but I noticed how well insulated the windows to my room were, I could hardly hear any traffic. Spotlessly clean room and lovely bed linen. Nothing not to like!

Fantastic location and great breakfast. Very comfortable rooms.

The room was a little tighter than pictured, not much area to move around in. The location was great, easy walking to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Westminster etc. Breakfast was good. Need more gluten free options.
The room was small for two people, and the bathroom was very tight.

Great location, so close to the tube station and walking distance of Buckingham Palace, etc. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Beautifully decorated and clean room. Great night's sleep. Really good choice for breakfast. Separate entrance for the hotel too, which was much appreciated.
Would have liked a choice of coffee for breakfast. I drink espresso and there was only perculated coffee on offer. No big issue. Everything else was spot on!

Checking in was quick and easy we were a little early so our room wasn't ready so we were given one that was which was nice.
We had lunch, dinner and breakfast and all were lovely.

The hotel was a 10 minute walk to Victoria Station which was convenient for transport (and viewing Hamilton!)
The breakfast had a great selection and was very nice.
The hotel bar closes at 11.30pm and there aren't a huge number of bars nearby if anyone is looking for a simple nightcap without going too far.

central location near to bus stops and really good breakfast
cold room, couple of dirty items in the room and generally dated

The location is nice. The breakfast was quite good. Except for one rude and unhelpful staff member, the rest were friendly and helpful.
1) We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a good impression, so we booked again. Well, we saw no real remodeling if one had been done. There is NO phone in the rooms to call the front desk or order room service. You have to go to the front desk and ask them to have a menu brought up, etc., etc. :-( 2) The staff was for the most part friendly and helpful, except for one staff member who was rude and absolutely unhelpful, which later we were told she was a manager. I asked her about our options to go to the airport early in the morning of our departure date, and it appeared we had just inconvenienced her to no end by wanting to know our options. It would be good for her to read her position responsibilities once more! 3) I wanted to clear my room service charges the night before our departure. We were told someone will be there early tomorrow to do so and we had to do it then and not the night before. So, I showed up at the front desk TWICE between 6:00 and 6:15 and NO one was there. I pressed "FIND", as instructed by a sign (four times in total) and NO one ever showed up. Later the car company driver taking us to the airport also complained that he had called the front desk several times an NO one had answered. I could actually hear the phone ring while I was trying to get a hold of someone as well, which turned out to be the car driver. I can promise there will NOT be a third stay at this hotel when we are in London again.

Great location - close enough to walk to most major attractions including the Theatres. But in a quieter location for a good nights sleep. next to a tube stop and plenty of places to get refreshments on the doorstep…..including the pub downstairs.
Nice welcome and plenty of tea, coffee, milk, water and biscuits provided.
Room spacious, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast included was plentiful and well cooked.
For central London overall good value.
The water pipes are a bit noisy and could hear running water constantly and until quite late…..it seemed like every time anyone in the whole place flushed a toilet, we could hear water cisterns filling. eventually went quiet and once asleep wasn’t loud enough to wake up or I zoned it out.

Impeccable service, kind staff at the reception helped us navigate through strikes in the railway service, giant breakfast, we would come back 200%
Window insulation, it’s a bit drafty when the winter winds are strong

Didn't have breakfast here
Noisy at night with smokers from the restaurant
