El hotel está situado a las afuera de Lisieux y es una buena opción para hacer noche sin visitar la ciudad. La cama cómoda aunque la habitación pequeña e instalaciones muy justas para un 4 estrellas. El personal agradable. Correcto sin más

Lo cierto es que cenar en el hotel es caro para la calidad de la comida. Se equivocaron dos veces en el precio de la cuenta.

Le calme. La déco. Le parking gratuit.

La chambre était petite. Pas de fauteuil. Problèmes dans la salle de bain. Cuvette des WC cassée qui bougeait et distributeur de savon dans la douche bloqué.

Staff were polite but very withdrawn, hotel very dated and tired, no sound proofing, as soon as your neighbors woke up so did you!!

If you are visiting Lisieux for the first time, stay at the Kyriad. You will not regret it.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, including a shuttle from the train station to the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the quiet of the surroundings made it ideal. I would recommend the Kyriad Lisieux to anyone who visits this town.

Does what it says on the tin. Perfect stopover.

It was easy to get to, nice and clean but nothing really special. That said: I used it as a stopover motel which is what it is.

we booked for two nights but only stayed for one because there were not really any facilities except a restaurant

the room was very pleasant and very clean. The bathroom was exceptionally nice

from the outside it looked like a prison and is actually a motel rather than a hotel. the ac didn’t appear to do anything to cool the room. a tray with 2 coffee sachets, one tea bag and PAPER cups is not what I expect for the money we paid

Staff were really interested in helping us visit the town. The food was extremely good and served by a very nice lady.

Finding you was a tiny bit of a problem but what a delightful team and atmosphere - all worth it.

Staff, cleanlines, food, location. In particular the staff were welcoming, kind, helpful and engaging. Whilst all staff in every aspect of the service were excellent in every way, we would like to mention Matthias and Julien as being most professional.

arrived late -after 11 pm but Reception had put room keys into a mini safe which we could access which was very helpful.

Good overnight stay and meal.

The young man on the desk when we arrived was really helpful (sorry I didn't note the name), offering the choice to speak either English or French which made life easier for me. The room was clean and as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this type. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent value, well cooked and presented. Staff in the restaurant were really pleasant and efficient. All in all a very positive experience which I would recommend.
