Mixed feelings as location and many facilities were good but the stay was really spoiled by the lack of a good shower an

Good location and outlook. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and efficient.

Shower was awful. Not powerful enough and temperature erratic - sudden bursts of freezing cold water. Much of the tile grout in the bathroom was filthy. This was very off-putting and totally unacceptable n any hotel room, let alone one costing 500 euros per night.

We will look for NH hotels for the rest of our trip!

We loved the place the second we checked in to our room, the most comfortable place awesome beds! Such a great find we spent an extra day here in Genoa everything is really close to the hotel for excursions!

To many hustlers out in the parking area from Senegal!

Traumhafte Lage am Hafen

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Hafen ist einmalig und auch die Sicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und verfügen neben dem Bett über ein kleines Sofa und Bestuhlung auf dem Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen - von vielen herzhaften Speisen bis hin zum Kuchen wird alles geboten. Auch Tiere sind willkommen und kosten für den gesamten Aufenthalt 35€, beim Frühstück können sie mitkommen, sofern man im Außenbereich isst.

Die Parksituation war zunächst etwas schwierig, da wir nicht wussten, wie man den Parkplatz des Hotels befahren kann. An der Schranke selbst kann man nicht direkt ein Ticket ziehen, weshalb wir dann erstmal auf dem Parkplatz des Aquariums geparkt haben, dann ins Hotel gegangen sind und nachgefragt haben. Vielen anderen Gästen ist es ebenso ergangen. Im Hotel wurden wir informiert, dass man den SOS-Schalter an der Schranke klicken muss, um mit dem Hotel zu kommunizieren und den Parkplatz zu befahren. Dies empfangen wir als sehr verwirrend und man hätte eine solche Information auch an der Schranke anzeigen können. Schlussendlich konnten wir dann in der Tiefgarage des Hotels parken. Der Check-In war dann etwas verspätet um 15:45 Uhr möglich. In der Wartezeit konnten wir uns kostenlos Wasser in der Lobby nehmen, eine weitere Entschuldigung gab es jedoch nicht.

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles et ses tarifs.

La literie et la propreté.

La pression de l'eau de la douche. La réception des chaînes de T.V très mauvaise. Le petit déjeuner médiocre et surtout une serveuse détestable du petit déjeuner (Tahia...)

Super, gerne immer wieder.

Top Lage, besser geht nicht. Frühstück sehr vielfältig, Sonntag sogar bis 12h. Check out sehr gastfreundlich, 12 Uhr.

Parkplatz müsste besser beschildert werden, weil nicht ersichtlich ist, wo man reinfahren kann. Hinweisschild vor Schranke würde sehr helfen, sonst ist die Verwechslungsgefahr mit Parkplatz von Aquarium sehr groß und der Verkehr ist stressig und unübersichtlich für Nicht-Genueser..

Very, very comfortable and elegant

Amazing! It’s the second time we stayed here and the hotel has kept up nicely and smartly. The rooms are large and airy, and the balconies onto the sea are a marvel. Great beds, large and comfy. Very nice breakfast as well.

Posizione, camera e struttura. Bella la sala colazione.

Parcheggio.. il biglietto di uscita deve essere vidimato ogni volta. Anacronistico oltre a fare perdere in sacco di tempo soprattutto se il personale la sera è assolutamente "risicato".

Great experience in Genoa

Location is great and the breakfast was amazing and exactly what would you expect for a breakfast in Italy. It is quite close to the aquarium and ferries to neighbouring resorts. It is on a walking distance from the old town as well.

The facilities could use some renovations and a swimming pool.

A little pricey

Location was alright. 10mins walk to train station and old town. Check in and checking out was fast. The king size bed was quite comfortable and the room is quite clean. The bathroom is quite big and there's a bathtub. Aircon is working well.

The sofa bed is a little too soft and quite uncomfortable. It would be nice to have an ironing board. There's no swimming pool in the hotel. A little pricey.

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Avoid the restaurant in the evening. Service was absolutely shocking. The waitresses were incapable of delivering even a basic level of customer service. Waited over 40 mins (and had to remind them 4 times) to get drinks and then almost 2 hrs to get food which was delivered cold and virtually inedible. There were only about 6 customers in the restaurant at the time so it wasn't even busy

Beautiful hotel at a very good spot in the harbour. Good working airco, breakfast lots of choices

The matrass was very old, the springs where in my back. They consider them self as dog friendly, but you have to pay 35 euro, sign a contract that the dog is basically not allowed to do more the breathing. He was not allowed in the restaurant, In the evening the terrace was closed due a weather warning (not sure why..). And I the morning again due to the rain. So, instead of eating there, where we looked forward to, we had to go in town, and have breakfast seperated. In the restaurant is a group of tables before you come near the buffet, really don't understand why a dog wouldn't be allowed there. Ruined the ecpierence, where we had to pay a lot for.

Very poor AC system 🔥🤯

Horrible experience with a hotel the room temperature is controllable by hotel staff to 21.8 C for staffing energy I asked many times to reduce it to 18 C there was no response. 18 C is the average sleep temperature as per health doctors to sleep, If you are in a 5 /4-star hotel, the guest has the right to control the temperatures in his room by using the thermostat in the rooms. More, I arrived at the hotel at 05:30 am. Unfortunately, the receptionist charged me one-night cos we arrived in Italy early in the morning due to flight times after they promised not to change one night.

Location - across the street from molo old town Breakfast Parking We had a problem which the hotel solved without any issues.

Being in the port area the approach to the hotel is perhaps not the best. However the location is perfect for the old town

Ok short stay in a good location

The location was close to the metro, marina and old town. it had a small balcony overlooking the marina. staff were relatively helpful.

It feels a little dated and corporate for a leisure holiday. The area immediately outside was a tad busy due to the family attractions. I was with my adult sister.

Great people, sub par rooms

First off, the staff were fantastic, all were really very nice and helpful. The room however needed some help. First off, we had continuous issues with the room key cards and had to have the. Replaced multiple times. There was/is an issue with the card reader for the room next, the shower head is broken. It is one of those that slides up and down the pole, but it was not installed correctly and therefore just flopped over making it difficult to take a shower. Replace these with a fixed position shower head to save money, maintenance costs and customer approval. Third, the air conditioning did not work, the room was rather stifling which made it difficult to sleep. The staff provided us with a fan which helped, but the. We had to sleep with the patio door open to get air. This of course then let the street lights and noise into the room. Finally, our bed had a bottom sheet and a quilt in a duvet cover. There was no top sheet and due to the other temperature issues, we ended up switching things around and putting the duvet under us and the sheet over us. I don’t know if this is an issue with all NH collection hotels or just a training issue at this one but I’ve never seen that before at a hotel. Sorry to say I doubt we will look to stay at other NH hotels in the future. Again, the staff were amazing, the room was just really sub par for the price.

Excellent location and cozy room.

Location is excellent, room is cozy & clean. Staff is friendly, view is great since the hotel is located directly at the marina. It's especially a great location if you plan to visit Aquarium, which is right next to the hotel. It's a bit pricy, but definitely a good location for one of the NH group locations. Also as a bonus, there's car parking underneath the hotel which is a rare thing for the Genoa city center. Also the restaurant is good, but a bit too pricy for the quality I would say.

Overall great. A bit pricy maybe for the quality, but considering the location it's not that bad.

Beautiful location right in the heart of the Port and old town area.

The cooling and heating was locked down at 21c. We had to open windows at night.

Overall ok but needs repairs

Good location, nice staff. Decent common areas. Free coffee pods and water every day.

No air con despite advertising it on Booking. No fans available either. Some significant wear and tear in the rooms. 15 euro service charge for any room service.
