Close to airport (shuttle needed). Comfortable rooms

Restaurant upstairs was fully booked. One on the ground floor nearly fully booked. Would be good to ask hotel clients if they want to have dinner ahead of time. Hotel is remote and no availability is a pain

I would recommend the Carlton for a hotel when you have an early flight.

Proximity to airport, great staff, good food.

Pretty basic accommodation, but satisfied our needs.

Sehr nett aber mit ein paar Problemen.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Unser Zimmer war vor dem eigentlichen Check in schon fertig was uns sehr gefreut hat da wir so nicht mehr waren mussten. Der Shuttle Service war im Preis mit drin und fährt sogar nachts alle 30 Minuten was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Es war sehr hellhörig. Sobald jemand auf dem Gang eine Tür zugemacht hat, hat man es sehr laut im Zimmer gehört. Vor unserem Fenster war der Innenhof zum Rauchen, selbst mit geschlossenen Fenster hat man es gerochen. Unser Zimmer sollte grade frisch sauber gemacht worden sein, jedoch waren bei den Kosmetiktüchern benutze rein gestopft. Der Shuttle Fahrer war unglaublich unhöflich. Er hat uns angemeckert wird sollten doch rein gehen und dann andere Koffer von anderen Gästen auf unsere rauf geschmissen.

Quedamos encantados con la habitación y todos los servicios que nos ofrecía. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Ubicación muy buena cerca del aeropuerto.

Lovely accomodating staff, clean, good food, good prices

Such lovely accomodating staff, we planned on leaving after breakfast, had checked out 20minutes earlier & our child fell I’ll, they let us have our room for the day until 3pm when we collected our campervan .

Over all excellent the noisy neighbours were not the fault of the hotel.

Close to Airport, quick pick up, very comfortable accomidation, and fast dellivery to the airport the following day to make the connection.

Only draw back was adjoining room were very loud up until after 4am which is not the fault of the hotel. excellent short stay.

Great shuttle, extra touches in the room, and a great night's sleep.

The airport shuttle was very important to us. I also appreciated the complimentary wine and chocolates. The beds were very comfortable and we got a good night's rest.

Nice hotel but.......

Nice airport hotel as they go, good shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable.. Staff are lovely although they appear a little bit disinterested.

Ireland is too expensive for what you get, food, travel,accommodation, taxis. I've met many travellers who do not view Ireland as a competitive tourist destination and are avoiding it. There are much better options elsewhere and superior facilities for half the price. In addition the weather is cold damp and uninviting. The view from my room consisted of a large skip full of discarded building material. I believe Irelsnd has a small population and a very poor supply chain hence the exhorbetent Euro prices everywhere

It was grand as a stopover from the airport to home

Nice and clean room bed comfortable good location nice shuttle bus driver was helpful reception desk staff were nice

Bar manager had no manner or even greet anybody and staff weren’t at all happy looking at their work hospitality was very poor in bar and breakfast room Breakfast was not included in price so was expensive

A life saver as we were doing long haul to San Fran and stayed there on the way back too - a great little find !!

Convenience for the airport and the staff !

It’s not easy to see the hotel on a dark misty night from the road but that’s because we were not offay with lay of the the land on the airport perimeter !

Thank you for the welcome cookies.

We tried to order food from restaurant and server told us to look at the menu on the TV in our room. Another server said we could get room service from restaurant. Shuttle was 20 minutes late. The shuttle was in the parking lot and everyone was just waiting for a driver to show.

The service, the food, very close to the airport, the free shuttle bus and the hot water in the shower were all very good.

The cost per night was very expensive when transferred back to AUD.

Efficient comfortable work stay

From the moment we arrived it was so friendly and staff were welcoming and helpful, staff in the bar/Restaurant were extremely hospitable, and efficient, the room was spacious for an airport hotel but very comfortable with a bath!! Exactly what we needed after a hard days work and early red eye flight next morning, excellent all around,

Menu was a bit basic but adequate and service was very good and efficient

Convenient location and nice rooms

The room was nice, comfortable beds, air con, can't really hear any noise from the airport, great bathroom, a kettle and tea/coffee/hot choc and biscuits provided. Easy check-in and check-out. If you don't fancy a dinner in the restaurant downstairs, there's a petrol station just 3 mins walk away from the hotel with Burger King.

There's a free shuttle service to the airport, but the shuttle at the time we needed was full so we had to get a taxi.

convenient, hassle free

exactly what we wanted- staff helped organise a time for us for the shuttle bus and when our chosen time was full they booked a taxi for us which was great. we were staying here as we were flying early this morning for our honeymoon and the staff left some nice treats as a congrats which was such a nice way to start the trip.

unhelpful, unpleasant reception staff

The location.

The reception staff (only ones we interacted with) were very disappointing. Specially the man (tall, maybe in his 50s, I didnt catch his name), who made us feel unwelcomed and properly uncomfortable. I dont know if he would have preferred for us to look or sound differently, if it was prejudice or if he is just that kind of obnoxious and unsavoury all the time. The other two women we had small exchanges with, were not as bad, but not welcoming or friendly neither. Would not recommend to anyone and will most definitely not be back.

Clean, easy to check in and conformable bed.

Overpriced for quality of the hotel. The avarage 4 star in Europe is considerably better. Breakfast was a bit simple, bacon and sausages are left out and kept warm, so understandably firm. Shuttle bus is available but only every 30min through the day.

the rooms are very dark the lighting is bad. 5 lights and still can’t see can’t see clothes in my case. it’s next to the airport so some aircraft noise is to be expected. bathrooms are fabulous.
