OK for one nicht. Für eine Nacht war es OK.
Bathroom. Shower head stuck to the wall. I wonder how the staff cleans the bathtub with it....
Menu
A restaurant within walking distance - everything fully booked. Otherwise just fast food
Badezimmer. Duschkopf fest an der Wand. Ich frage mich, wie das Personal damit die Badewanne reinigt....
Speisekarte
Eine Gaststätte fußläufig erreichbar- alles ausgebucht. Ansonsten nur Schnellimbiss

Makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf snelweg
Super gehorige kamers in lawaaiig hotel. Slecht eten. Tegenvaller.

The breakfast was crap.
The evenung meal wasnt much better
3.6
The value, location, free parking, big room, clean and great breakfast.
3.6
Good friendly and helpful welcome. Free car parking. Good self serve breakfast.
Second day there was no butter or spread ar breakfast. Might seem minor, but that should not happen.

Il est vieillissant

The view from my room , the bed was crisp (clean) and comfy, coffee/ tea in my room, and essentials in the bathroom .
it was all amazing
3.6
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good sized room and great value for money. Free parking for residents.
Very good breakfast with unlimited 'bean to cup' coffee. (The orange juice could be improved on...but all else was of great quality).
3.6
Bijna alles.
Weinig keus wat eten betreft 's avonds....

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Amle parking outside. Checkin was easy and the staff very accommodating as we arrived a little earlier than expected.
There was no hot water from the shower and as we were there for only 1 night we did not bother mentioning it. Breakfast was good but not great quality. For the price though it was OK, and we were only there for one night.

For that money I couldn't ask for more.

Staff was lovely, the breakfast was lovely, the rooms are very clean and very comfy, the only problem was the fire alarm ⏰️ went of really late in the evening and nobody seams to know wat to do the staff need to be trained on what to do I'm disabled and nobody came to knock the door to get me out the building and didn't knock any doors good job it was a false alarm, but moaning over I will definitely be going again 👍
Just the fire alarm, loved everything else

The breakfast was excellent. The bedding was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant
Room very basic

Excellent breakfast, well cooked and plenty of it
Nothing keep going as it is
3.6
Staff friendly, special mention to Ashton who was very friendly and helpful, although to be fair all the team where friendly .
The room although basic was adequate and reasonably clean ,tv wasn't very good hardly any channels available, but not that important ,what was important was the bed was super comfy so a good night's sleep is a certainty!!!
The buffet breakfast was very good and plenty of choice
Ground floor booking wasn't available when we arrived ,so had to be moved to 1st floor from 2nd floor!
Restaurant wasn't open Sunday evening when we arrived back from our day out .
Although Ashton gave us the details of a Chinese takeaway literally 2 mins walk from hotel ,which was excellent.

Great location halfway the Channel and London. Nice beds, good breakfast buffet. 24 hr reception, so a nightly arrival is possible.
Nothing, although you do need a car for this location. But we did, so no problem, but if you don't, the location is a bit isolated.
3.6
Nice large room with a large bed and a good cooked breakfast.
Evening meal service was not professional and TV remote did not work with the TV?
3.6
A very quiet and pleasant hotel. Nice breakfast. Plenty of parking. The staff are very helpful.
3.6
Location was good in order to travel further with train through channel tunnel
Noise of slamming doors
Cold water in shower

The location of the hotel suited our requirements. Although on a busy road which can be quite noisy.
The hotel is old and in dire need of modernisation. Our original room was small cramped incredibly hot and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The huge old radiator was partially on which on a hot day which led it to be almost unbearable in the room. The bathroom was antiquated and incredibly basic, the shower was a dribble at best.
We changed to a superior room which although bigger suffered similar issues . Again the shower was next to useless causing my wife to wash her hair over the bath with a bowl. The toilet seat was broken and the flush handle defective. The basin taps were old stiff and not of a high standard. The room again lacked proper cleaning. To a point where there was a dirty tissue next to the bed when we arrived. The hotel in its infinite wisdom employed a gardener that started up a petrol strimmer at 8am on Sunday morning. When I questioned this I was told it was hotel policy.
Breakfast was incredibly basic and a nice hump on the dining room floor led to a fair few trips on the way back to the table.
3.6
breakfast was excellent with much on offer
Having the main course at dinner served before the starter. Absence of wine list.
3.6
Excellent for me and my dog
Nothing

.
Meals on both nights were bad, had to wait 1.5 hours on both nights for the food, and i was the only one in the restaurant.
3.6
Breakfast very good choice
Bedroom tired and shabby
Bedroom incredibly hot
Not orange juice behind bar
Apple juice was gone off
3.6
Location good to see family.
Some staff helpful and nice others just average.
Breakfast very average.
Other guests were very nice
Although the lounge was comfortable and fairly modern. The rest of the hotel appeared quite outdated especially carpets and furniture.
Breakfast very average.
I stayed at this hotel when it was the Larkfield Priory and had expected more at this visit. You could do so much more with this building by updating it.
3.6
Clean and tidy but dated.
Hot room. No remote for the TV
3.6
Friendly staff very helpful and polite, the room was nice enough clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and a very good selection of cooked or cereal or continental so happy in total with our overnight stay. It was uncomfortable hot in our room but was helped by a fan. Soap in the shower dispenser was fabulous and smelt great.
I didn't like the shower water pressure was really low so took ages to rinse the soap away. The breakfast room had a really uneven wooden floor, being disabled I nearly fell a couple of times, no notice of lifting wooden floor or warnings!! Dangerous..
3.6
The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming
Having to check in on a computer and not with a person
No hand soap provided
No tumbler for toothbrushes
No signs to acknowledge if tap water was safe to drink
That there were no available drinks - no beers on tap
Plug missing from sink
Only two bath towels provided for a family of four
The online pictures did not reflect the reality, or that the hotel was on a main road
3.6
The breakfast was great.
Shower stuck on scalding hot, quite shabby and not enough plug sockets. Took three attempts to get the correct number of beds in the room, which was too small and hot for comfortable sleep. Room wasn't made up despite door hanger being used. Bar very poorly stocked and the one beer on tap was awful.
3.6
English Breakfast as expected , room really comfortable, good atmosphere
3.6
Friendly staff and quick check in
Nothing that could be fixed quickly.
3.6
I stayed here a couple of years ago, and it’s definitely been upgraded.
The water pressure could do with a boost, and the self check-in was an unnecessary faff.
3.6
Staff reely warm and friendly especially
Bashir and Alex nothing to much trouble
3.6
The bed and the pillows. Thats all I can remember I enjoyed
The shower controls for hot water...couldn't get hot water to work when I checked in at 10pm
3.6
very friendly and helpful staff, good location, breakfast good and great value.
Old heating system, which meant that the towel rail was constantly on. In need of decoration.
3.6
Comfortable mattress, friendly staff, good breakfast.
The bedroom door are closing with a loud 'bang' , also the bedroom would benefit of heavier/darker curtains.
The hotel is a bit outdated.
3.6
The staff were very friendly and the manager very professional and also very friendly.
