Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. Hotel was centrally located. Bar was friendly and busy.
The hotel was pet friendly which is fine but the room smelt a bit doggy. There was a message on the hotel website that said there was no food which wasn't we expected so we phoned to check and were assured there was food (on a Sunday night). When we arrived we were told there was no food and the town shuts down around 4pm.

Nice room and comfortable bed We did find it extremely hot. Had to leave a fan on all night even with the window open. Possibly situated over the kitchens as the floor was hot in one corner !! Nice choices for breakfast. Handy for beach and seafront.
Room was so hot. The car parking doesn't have enough spaces.

The hotel was perfect for our short stay. Car parking is limited but we parked both cars OK.

Great location for our 3 days of walking. Breakfast was great and our request to have it a little earlier was granted. Room had eveything we needed and was nicely decorated, good size bathroom with a bluetooth mirror! That was a surprise. Staff were polite and helpful. Couldn't fault it really. Oh and a fabulous carvery.

Breakfast was excellent, room was very comfortable and clean and location was good.
There were not many choices for eating out in Seaton and unfortunately there was no chef onsite at Eyre Court to have dinner there.

Breakfast was really fresh and hot and the location was very very central. Walking distance to everything.
If travelling by car, the car park was tricky to find and very limited parking.

The bedrooms are above the pub so was conscious it may have been noisy but this was not the case , infact one of the best nights sleep, comfy beds. Very tasty breakfast and good choices. Tea/coffee facility in room, clean cups and complimentary biscuits.
Cant really think of anything- though I'm not a fan over multiple cushions on the bed !!

clean room , decor was lovely.
I had to think hard to find something but the net curtain in the room was just like tassels.
No jug of milk with your tea, you had to pour it then get up for your milk from the counter.

Room was massive, staff were friendly and accommodating.
Town is lovely but very quite in February.
Breakfast very good.
Could of been a 2nd lock on room door and not just the door at the bottom of the stairs. The shower was a bit all over the place and water was spraying in all different directions.

The hotel was in a lovely location, Central to where I wanted to be. We were able to park in the car park, there is parking outside the hotel. The breakfast was lovely.
We visited when it was very Icey there was no grit put down even tho the weather forecast was ice. A member of my party fell over and hit here head. The member of staff was not very helpful. When we asked if there was a manager on site or first aide the answer was no. No offer to call the emergency services.
The room was very outdated and was not clean there was dust and mould on the window. The Bathroom fan was very dusty and the toilet was not clean there were marks at the bottom. WIFI was terrible there was none in the room we were in

the staff was extremely lovely, very welcoming. the hotel was clean and comfortable. great it had a large bar in the hotel and was busy with a great atmosphere. the breakfast the next morning was so gorgeous, I would highly recommend this hotel.
