The hotel doesn't allow food to be brought in. It's like being forced to buy food only from the hotel.

freezing water

the main problem at this hotel that they didn't turn on the heaters in the swimming pools while the water was freezing.. the stuff was like we don't turn on the heaters before mid November.. last point about the free water at the sea side one of the stuff said it's free water so it's not essentially to give it to the visitors ( he make it sounds as he is paying for the water not the hotel ).. disappointing to the max

I will come back to have a great experience.

The check in experience was amazing and I would like to thanks the front office agent for his attitude and the way he spoke to us. He gives us full information about the hotel facility during the check in time. Im a hotelier and i was surprised from his way and i told him i will talk about him, and i believe his name Mousab.

I left my room so early, i called the Hotel at 5:30 AM due i cant come back to ask the team to check out the room to give you the opportunity to sell the room again, the employee received the call was sleeping and answered me with a bad way, i told him that i checked in yesterday and i want to do check out due i left early and i didn’t come back, he answered me what is the item that you forgot in the room and lost and found you can call at 12PM, i told him i want to do check out i didn’t forget anything then he told me i will transfer your call to FO and unfortunately no one answered me. I called again after few hours and i did check out. I believe that the operator not a Jordanian citizen. Over all thank you and wishing you all the best.

Great Resort at Dead Sea

Can only recommend this resort. I have been there before. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Special thanks to Mousa at the Reception, who made sure we had an amazing stay. Also to the Room Cleaners, who did an outstanding job. Breakfast buffet has a great variety and is very good. The room is big and the bed very comfy. Great pool area and nice beach at the Dead See. Will come again!

It is a great choice and would go for it again!

The location is wonderful! The accommodation was great. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. And the guest relations manager was very considerate of my comments.

The level of cleanliness was believed to be what i expected. The room super clean, however, the bed fitting was not clean as well as the towels and smelled dusty

Un'ottima struttura nel complesso, che ha nella professionalità del marchio il suo punto forte.

In questo hotel ho trovato il miglior ristorante del mio viaggio in Giordania. Lo chef ti coccola con una scelta incredibile di piatti tradizionali e internazionali, dalla prima colazione al pranzo serale. Solo al buffet dei dessert ci saranno una trentina di docli diversi e varrebbe la pena fermarsi qui anche solo per la cucina. Per il resto, Holiday Inn, fa il suo lavoro come ci aspetta da un cinque stelle.

Staff di portineria (non quello dei piani) simpatico come un mal di pancia e che parla solo arabo o inglese (un po' poco). Accesso come se si dovesse entrare in aeroporto: controllo interno auto e documenti all'esterno, nuovo controllo bagagli e metal detector all'interno molto seccante. Camere piuttosto datate, anche se tenute in perfetto stato di manutenzione e pulizia.

Amazing luxury after a road trip

Amazing place to stay, it's the last pace we stayed after traveling through Jordan, we stayed mainly in budget options and this is a completely different league of course. Beds super comfy and staff super friendly. The breakfast was not only Jordanian with a lot of options which we liked. You can walk to the beach and take a bath in the dead sea, which is a really special experience. Check out was at 12, they offered to keep our luggage save and allowed us to keep using the facilities for the remainder of the day. Which is very cool!

Not all the pools were open which we didn't knew about before booking, it's okay and understandable, there weren't many guests, so it wasn't busy at the pool that was open. Only it would be nice to know before. The diner was expensive at 40JOD, so we ended up getting diner somewhere else which is fine, just be aware of this. The staff was maybe a bit too eager to assist you at times. Some people probably like this, but our Dutch people are not used to this. Again, definitely no reasons not to go here.

Fijne luxe afsluiter van onze vakantie

Groot hotel met ruime mooie kamers met goede bedden. Heel schoon, zowel binnen als buiten. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt- en dinerbuffet. Privestrand aan de Dode Zee dat via trappen te bereiken is. Op het strand voldoende ligbedden , emmers met klei en zoetwater douches . Verschillende schone zwembaden met flink aantal zonnebedjes. Vriendelijk personeel.

- Het hotel is zo groot, dat dat wat mij betreft ten koste gaat van de Jordaanse sfeer. Maar dat gevoel is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk - ongelofelijk veel vliegen (overigens op veel plekken in Jordanie)

the location is really fantastic to enjoy the dead sea, the resort is really cared for in every detail, the buffet is simply delicious but the highlight is given by the staff, truly exquisite. Everyone is very attentive to customers, helpful and really nice! Excellent cocktails!,

Booked 2 doubles had a cricket in mine. ( no sleep)Double door’s wouldn’t open.. room service food terrible. Smelt musty.spoke to Anas reception he had smile on he’s face thought it was funny. Spoke to the General Manager Ibrahim Farraj as I was going to stay another day he asked me not to book though Booking.com and offered me 20 Jod off!! absolutely disgraceful.I’ve sent video to Holiday Inn direct!!

loved the private access to the Dead Sea, complete with Dead Sea mud to use for free. amazing. loads of food choices and the staff were super friendly. lots of cats too - which we really enjoyed.

Generous ressort with a top access to the dead sea.

Excellent access to the dead sea. Very good choice at breakfast. Excellent pools, surrounded by green. Spacious rooms with a beautiful view.

The cleanliness of the bathroom/towels was not impeccable for a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately the spa was fully booked and we could not get any massage.

The amenities are outdated

The evening and dance are excellent, and the party is wonderful

I asked the reception for a slipper, and they told me that there is a commission on it. I also asked for a bag, and they told me to bring yourself to the reception to collect the bag.
