NOT RECOMENDED , HOTEL NOT UPMTO THE STANDARDS

TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED! We were a group of 13 people staying in the city for work. We booked deluxe double rooms based on the photos from Booking.com, expecting elegant, spacious rooms with balconies. However, upon arrival, I was given a room without a balcony, located in a corner of the hotel with a view of a cleaning courtyard. To make matters worse, in one of the rooms, a spider appeared (it looked like a tarantula!). When we approached the reception to address the issues, we were treated terribly—arrogantly, even—by the staff, who told us that the deluxe rooms had already been assigned to other guests. I asked why our booking had been accepted if those rooms were already allocated, and suddenly, the receptionist ignored me and started working on her computer. Absolutely unbelievable. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. And believe me, we travel extensively for work and have been all over the world.

BK/FAST WAS GOOD!...

ROOM SIZE WAS GOOD...BUT ITS FURNITURE WAS DARK AND UNPLEASANT!!...WAS VERY ILL-LIT!!!..COULDN'T MOVE AROUND COMFORTABLY!!....NO GOOD LIGHTING AT ALL!!...OUTSIDE SCAFOLDS BLOCKED OUR VIEW...COULDN'T USE BALCONY

Spent holiday with mom and we enjoy the restaurant downstairs and love the ski slopes very close to the hotel

Friendly and helpful staff and great location everything was walking distance and they also have a deal for public transportation and ski slope also love the lobby very cute for the holidays

Mauvaise pioche

Le personnel de la Pizzeria est vraiment très sympathique

La chambre est vraiment très spartiate. La salle de bain minuscule, le pommeau de douche ne restait pas en place, les serviettes petites, il n’y a pas de gant de toilette et le gel douche est difficile à faire sortir du flacon. La lunette des toilettes était branque ballante. La télécommande marchait très mal. Mauvaise isolation nous entendions la télé de la chambre à côté. La chambre située au premier, on a entendu le trafic routier une bonne partie de la nuit. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est réduit au minimum et les produits pas de grande qualité. Les chaises nues en bois sont très inconfortables seules banquettes sont rembourrés. L’adepte du check out était d’une indifférence consternante pour un Hotel.

Good as a stop over & to quickly see the town

Convenient location, nice room, good parking in their car park

Pillows a little too soft, well insulated, so a little warm for a summer stay, thus had to open balcony door a little, but then had traffic noise. Air conditioning would have helped.

Wife and I had a great time at Hotel Biz St. Moritz! We will definitely come stay again!

Hotel Piz St. Moritz was very cool. Great vibe. We had dinner at the restaurant after cruising up to St. Moritz Center. Great Meal! The room was excellent. The bar was chic and hip. Need to spend more time down there! Great Reception Team!

Well, there was construction going on. A new elevator being installed (I think). A bit noisy and hectic. But, that is to be expected when refurbishing/improving a hotel. No big deal. Parking could be a bit lower in price. But, the parking itself was nice.

Not for me

The hotel was affordable.

My room looked nothing like the photos, and compared to other hotels the staff was just okay. I was extremely uncomfortable after the day at the desk recommended the restaurant in the building Ricardo’s where I was treated quite poorly. I could not get my waitresses attention, so I asked a waiter if I could get my bill. He yelled at me when I politely asked for my bill (which I waited a long time trying to get someone’s attention for), and then the same waiter slammed my money on the table when giving me change. I really didn’t want to have to write about it, but it felt like my skin color played a part in how I was treated by that specific waiter for no reason.

Es moderno y la calidad de la comida buena. Suficiente para alojarse y marchar al día siguiente.

El desayuno era muy escaso pero de buena calidad. El personal de recepción la mañana del 5 de abril absolutamente nefasto y maleducado, por cierto te cobran 3,5CFH a la salida como impuesto municipal no está muy explicado. Está lejos de la estación de trenes, se tarda como 15 minutos andando.

Price quality unbalanced. High price.

Good location! Friendliness of most of the staff. When we arrived, whom was at reception was super friendly. When we checked out they didn't even ask us if we enjoyed our stay.

There was scaffolding next to the bedroom window. The room did not have a view of the outside. The electrical socket next to the bed, which normally turns off/on the general lights, did not work. They had to be turned off before going to bed. We had a lamp next to the bed.

Decent for a short stay

1. Breakfast selection was good. 2. The hotel was right in front of a bus stop.

1. Long walking distance from the train station. It was a constant uphill from the hotel to the St. Moritz train station. 2. The hotel reception is inside the restaurant so I was a bit lost on where to go. 3. The room was relatively small. 4. I was wrongfully charged for parking. My card was charged without being informed. Had to clarify with the staff during check out and they said there was a misunderstanding.

The location of the hotel is very good. Bus stop is in front of hotel. The breakfast had a lot of selection but staff wasn't able to refill fast enough as there was a big group. The bed was very comfortable.

Value for money

The room was clean and with two bottles of water per day free of charge. We were late arrival and had a dinner at Maloja dining room and served by the waiters named , Mr Luca and Mr Roberto DM. They were professional and full of smile. we were satisfied with their work done. At the same time, we would like to say “Thank you” to the two female receptionists who were helpful to our queries. overall we had a fantastic stay!

Absolutely loved our stay, wish it was longer. Would totally recommend this accommodation. So very glad we stayed here.

We loved everything! The staff were so friendly, happy to converse, professional in their approach to their job. The foyer and bar and eating area was modern, new looking, inviting. Our room was spacious, very well appointed, new looking with inviting decor. Beautiful ensuite.

Comfortable stay close to Lake and great food

Room was clean and spacious (compared to other rooms we’ve stayed) bed comfortable… no view but can open windows and a good lift. Great breakfast … scrambled eggs as well.. (croissants best ever) and restaurant was great for for dinner. Great friendly waiter …

Excellent family getaway!

excellent service - we forgot a few items and the staff were so kind to send them to us by post! Otherwise very cosy apartment, proximity to lake and a great Italian restaurant with a children playroom downstairs, excellent value for money.
