Clean, pleasant room. We were near the lifts but there was no noise. Food was hot at breakfast. Excellent location. 20 minutes from train station and could walk easily to most places of interest.

The hotel had two coffee machines and a hot water machine at breakfast. During our stay only one coffee machine was working and the hot water machine was out of order. We were there 3 nights. This should have been dealt with. The quality of the food at breakfast was good but things weren't filled up very quickly if they ran out. Same goes for cutlery and crockery.

Fantastic location, not far from centre with handy tesco express and pub next door. Amazing staff all really lovely Kind and helpful. The car park underneath is secure and accessible by a pin code, so you know the car is safe. Room key card is also to turn the lights on in the room and used to access the floors via the lift and to get into the hotel at night. Loads of seating in the bar area and a great selection of drinks, they even have a section of chocolate and crisps to purchase and a bar menu Loads of takeaways that deliver. Taxi's everywhere, longest had to wait for an Uber was 2 minutes. Aircon in the room is perfect for hot days, like when we stayed. Plugs near the bed, smart TV as well as hair dryer, iron and ironing board Complementary breakfast was great as free. Everyone was really friendly and the things to do nearby were great.

The sun shined through the sides of the blind. The bathroom door was a joint slide door with the wardrobe, so if pushed towards the bathroom, the wardrobe was open and vice versa, because of this, the door never actually shuts properly, making it a little uncomfortable. Would have been disappointed if had to pay extra for the breakfast, and some of the cups were still dirty

Staff were nice & the hotel is great, in a good location, clean & had great facilities. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to make the most of them.

Please make it clearer when booking that you can drive up to the car park entrance & buzz for reception to let you in. I parked elsewhere on double yellows to check in then I found this out. Also, maybe someone to monitor or demonstrate the waffle making machine. I had no idea & felt like an inconvenience

The coach was very stained and could of been cleaned.

The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that it made it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The breakfast wasnt great although there was plenty of choice. It being a buffet style, like most hotels go for quantity over quality so this was no surprise.

The staff were all friendly, helpful and really went out of their way to help make our stay the best it could be.

The car parking is a bit steep at £60 for three days. That is my only complaint and appreciate this may not be within your control.

Good location, easy check out process, rooms comfortable

Took a while to check in as only one person seemed to be on the desk and the bar. Breakfast was very hectic and messy - not a nice environment. The air conditioning system was very loud so couldn’t be on if trying to sleep.

Location was perfect for the Conference Centre and the price I secured was reasonable for a weekend rate. The included breakfast could have been great but ended up very disappointing, as were the facilities which were broken or faulty.

Room had no hair dryer, 2 lights were broken/bulbs were out, it smelt heavily of bleach, very loud air conditioning. Breakfast; no fresh fruit (and I was down in the ‘not busy’ period), broken coffee machines on both mornings, bacon had been left and just added to so was burnt. Not enough staff to clear and clean tables efficiently. No towels or anti bacterial wipes in fitness room, tv screens and both treadmills not working. No staff at desk to ask for assistance (helping in breakfast room)

Very close to the docks and very accessible

Cleanliness could have been better as there was a very long dark hair on the white lampshade and BBC 1 was the only channel that worked on the tv.

Lack of hair dryer the one in room was broken and we never received a replacement, the room was booked for 3 but only had 2 glasses and cups, the extra one we had were taken out the following morning.

We had a lovely room overlooking the dock. Breakfast was included which was great to have before leaving for home. Very convenient location and felt safe in the area. Car park underground was also a plus and prebooked before.

The toilet door didnt really give you that much privacy

2 things: 1. No toilet brush as "they don't provide it", which is a little bummer. 2. I asked for the double linen on our sofa bed, as I've got 2 kids with special needs and it's tricky for them to share. Unfortunately they didn't answer my message about it and didn't provide it :(

The breakfast was good ! But limited choices in comparison to your Sheffield hotel that we stayed at the previous week. Location was good. The staff were excellent. Nice cosy room good value for money.

The breakfast area could have been managed better, it was chaotic, people stood eating as they didn’t get a table before their food! I understand it was Easter holidays, the staff had to deal with people not knowing what to do eg the waffle machine! Putting croissants in the toaster! The staff were excellent at this busy time! Car park charges a little high!

Gebouw was wat gedateerd, veel lawaai van verkeer en mensen, slechte isolatie. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de dokken geboekt en kregen dat niet. Tevens waren de gordijnen kapot en waren verschillende dingen afgebroken in de kamer. Verder zat er een gat in de buitenmuur… we kregen een andere kamer, opnieuw zonder uitzicht, maar met heel veel lawaai… Ontbijt was complete chaos, niets vers, weinig keuze. Het verblijf was volledig niet naar de verhouding van de prijs : meer dan 500 pond per nacht. Echt onbegrijpelijk en nog nooit meegemaakt.
