Muy bien!

Está muy bien ubicado para viajar en familia. Además a mi hijo le encanta explorar el mar con su máscara para ver peces y justo al lado hay una playa perfecta para eso. Tienes todos los servicios que necesites muy cerca. Solo podemos estar agradecidos.

Hay poco personal para todo lo que tienen que hacer y atender. A veces hay un fuerte olor de las tuberías, pero entendemos que tiene que ver más con la zona… las sábanas bajeras no son del tamaño de los colchones y se movían al dormir, esto es incómodo para descansar. Creo que la limpieza puede mejorar. Cuando llegamos acababan de limpiar las habitaciones pero no está súper limpio y tratándose de un alojamiento vacaciones en el que sale y entra gente a cada minuto, deberían profundizar las limpieza con más personal y mejores productos o máquinas tal vez. Porque como dije creo que falta personal.

Horrendous and a con

Nothing at all

Nothing this is a con it’s appalling and the rooms are not what we brought we made lots of complaints and we wasn’t the only ones it’s a awful place and not what we booked we would like a full refund and won’t let this go!! The lady that owns it blamed it all on booking.com and it’s awful skanky and small with a put up bed and a hole in the wall they call a shower which is mouldy with cracked tiles and tiny! Also the sound of cockroaches in the ceiling 🤢Genuinely the worst place I have ever stayed!! I have a video that I would like to put on so no one else falls for this con!!!!!!!!🤮

Superb

The location was perfect for our purpose, the appartement we took was a family one on the base floor with a nice terras. Bathroom good, so was the bedroom and living. Kitchen was small but has everything you need. Bakery and supermarket arround the corner. Restaurant Prince Albert and Jacaranda Lounge give very good breakfast. Appartement was very cool. We also got free access to the Jacaranda Lounge and pool which was top.

If you rent a car than know that the parking (10 euro a day and only 2 spots) can be full and you will need to park somewhere.

Noisy and not very hygienic

The location was good.

The apartment was dirty and had a horrendous sewer smell throughout. The lighting had an ominous hospital feel to it. The "neighbours" staying at the villa next door were extremely noisy. We checked out two nights earlier and checked ourselves into a much nicer hotel, because it was unbearable.

It can be noise with other people dogs, walls are very thin and you can hear most of your neighbour conversation, shower need to improve, very low pressure with low of hot water

Room not cleaned when arrived in, bad smell in toilet, facilities, pool etc under going a lot work. Thin walls, lots of noise from surrounding rooms, property.

Great Location and view , great staff . A very enjoyable stay

We had a plumbing problem with our first room , but we were given a new room very promptly . I swim all the year round and you can literally be in the sea in 30 seconds with the most stunning sunrises to boot . The room is clean, modern and functional

Lack of plugs in the living room . This obliges you to sit in one corner to charge your phone or computer

The moment we walked in we immediately wanted to leave. What a disgusting place! The room didn’t even have a window. It was completely different from the pictures. We booked another hotel en left. I am still waiting for my money back.

Horrible smell at the entrance of the building Horrible smell at the appartment its self The sheets are not clean The water is not drinkable and it tastes like sea water The pictures have nothing to do with reality, seaview doesn't match, swimming pool....

Fun, chic and rugh by the sea. Go meet Mandy!

This is a very well placed property, right by the sea and with an awesome club/resort/restaurant next to it. The host is Mandy and is wonderful. Properties are clean and simple and no frills but modern and easy to get around the Island from. There are live performances there and with many X-factor contestants and local DJs often playing good sets.

Not alot really as the club/resort/apartments are well established, everything is in place to help the guest and provide food and nightly entertainment.

Great location but you'll spend a lot.

Great location.

They charged me a €150 deposit that I knew would never come back and of course did not come back. The pool that they advertise as part of the facilities only opens at noon and then charges you extra. I just felt like everything was am extra charge and not that nice for what I was paying.

Great location but the refurb in our apartment wasn’t the best workmanship!

Great central location we had a sea view from our room

Some discount by the pool for residents would have been great as it can get expensive with no alternative pool and signs up saying no food or drink from outside to be consumed. People paying for beds expect to pay premium prices. Our room had water running down the wall (think the shower was leaking) which wasn’t great as our bathroom floor kept flooding was told it would be resolved however it never was, our girls apartment had a sewerage smell this was resolved for a day but the smell came back.
