Parfait !

Hôtel très bien placé, nous étions au 1er étage, la vue sur la place et sur l’horloge est incroyable. Très grande chambre pour 4 personnes, salle de bain neuve très propre. La grande cuisine commune est pratique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour 😊.

Habitaciones algo antiguas. La cocina está fuera de la habitación, no dentro como se ve en las fotos. Además faltaban muchos utensilios.

absolutely a dream!

The location just could not be beat! It literally had a view of old town Square and was located exactly an old town Square and was just near everything! An incredible find!

Location is great

Junior suite is separated by another room just with a simple door and of course there was lots of noise.Even other guests were not shouting you can simply hear everything Not good if you go there with your family especially for this kind of price. In the facilities its written that the rooms are soundproof, thats unfortunately not true.

Location is outstanding and our apartment was large and well equipped. The communal facilities were good.

Wifi did not work on the last day and despite notifying the reception, it was not fixed. The phone connection to reception did not work, and again it was not fixed, despite notifying them in person (we couldn't call!) We advised at check-in of our departure day and time, but this apparently was not recorded and we received questions on this from other reception staff. Cleanliness was an issue, as we found used false eyelashes on a bedside table when we arrived, which was quite gross!

that the room is not cleaned at least once every two days. The toilets need cleaning every two days A moldy side of the bed was not comfortable noisy place But that's the price of a very central location

Central location.

No value for money. For this price I expected better facilities.Room was cold .We weren't lucky to have balcony with square view as shown in the pictures.They ask for 2000 krona for airport shuttle which is more than double of regular taxi. On our departure when we returned the keys and were already in the taxi about to move a staff member came knocking on the window and asked us to come back as we haven't paid ( I paid the entire stay during check in), felt embarrassed.

service was great as the owner was proactive and moved our party to the hotel which provided beautiful accommodation for

this review is for the emblem hotel, not the apartments, as we had to change our stay from apartments to the hotel. apartments were not clean and located on top of busy restaurant which was not what we expected. however the hotel was great.

the apartments were not what we expected for, it wasn’t cleaned properly and location was not to our expectation (on top of busy kitchen with no elevator)

Best room in Prague!

This room is amazing... huge bedroom with high ceilings, lots of natural light and very a comfy bed. It feels opulent, but also simple and modern. The room had everything we needed. The shared kitchen was well appointed, and the washer/dryer was wonderful to have given that we stayed ten nights. It should be noted for those who are wondering, there is no breakfast provided here, as these are apartments. You will have to go out for breakfast, or buy ingredients to make your own. But the very best thing about the room was the LOCATION! Right on Staromestska square! We opted for the only room with a balcony (room 12), and it was 100% worth it. We got to drink our morning coffee and evening wine on our private balcony, watching the people go by and listening to the Astronomical clock ring each hour. It was wonderful (and very romantic).

We had two small hiccups during our stay. The first is that a couple of cans of beer disappeared from the fridge one day, but that's the chance you take with a shared fridge! For the most part, people were very respectful of each other's belongings. The other was that the hotel forgot to clean our room on the fifth day, but as soon as we brought it to their attention, they cleaned it right away. The staff of the Emblem Hotel was overall very attentive. It may be of interest to know that your room will not be cleaned each day. Because it's more of an apartment, they will only come after 5 days. In the meantime, you can wash your own linens, and maintain the room however you like.
