Convenient location- good for an extended stay.

Good sized kitchen with all amenities, clean and convenient. I have stayed here a few times recently and it is consistent.

You mentioned the building works next door. Thank you. You didn’t mention that the workmen on the build have full view of the living room and bedroom. We had to keep the curtains shut all day.

all and all a great place to stay

there was a lot of traffic noise during the day. but it settled down at night.. the room bathroom and kitchen area was clean and tidy.

I think that a broom could of been supplied and mayby an extra blancket and a top sheet on the bed would of been nice.. the washer drier in the room washed well but the drier didnt seem to work to well. As everything was still damp after 3 drying cycles and it was the same in other rooms i stayed in.. maybe i done something wrong..

Good sized clean apartment. I'd definitely book again.

Very clean and a good size. Receptionist was very friendly. Well located for restaurants and supermarket. Nice bathroom with very hot water and good shower pressure. Good sized kitchen and we appreciated that it was stocked with a few essentials like washing up liquid and clothes washing powder tablets. Would definitely book again.

All of the wooden furniture in our room was in need of refurbishment as it was very scratched and damaged. It desperately needs air conditioning as it was very hot throughout the apartment even when it wasn't high temperatures outside.

Very good

Loved the space and had fantastic sleeps and the bed was so comfy. Delighted our room was on the top floor and though a build up surbiton location felt so lucky the side of the building we occupied had a panoramic view of green tree tops and blue sky, it had loads of windows that opened only marginally but we had real fresh air.

Glass table too small for foodies like us - part of the reason for choosing the venue was to be able to prepare own food from source but it was difficult to serve up full meals on the limited table space. We did manage though so not a deal breaker. The very narrow bath and the shower head too low - we might be an exception but I'm 5' 10" and husband 6' 2" and I had to crouch down under the shower head to wash and condition my hair. The shower was okay if just showering but a tad awkward doing the full hair clean. ...and no shower cap supplied I forgot mine so missed this sometime included service provided in other establishments.

Clean comfortable property with exceptional Staff and top quality service.

The staff was excellent, in place and awaiting my late arrival. I could see him there behind the desk before the taxi could stop to drop me off. I was so relieved at that moment. After a really long day and night of flight mishaps, no airport hotels and no rooms available, I booked luckily one the last rooms at SACO. The lovely gentleman had everything ready for me, handed me my room key, directions to elevator and quick property information. Then kindly and efficiently booked me an early morning taxi that I could return to Heathrow for my flight. Then he wished me a good night sleep, which I indeed had as the bed was very comfortable.

Being there for a short over night stay I found no issues.

Amazing place with great staff

The saco apartment as a whole is perfect, from the reception staff to managers such as Andrea etc To the studio apartments and the larger apartments They have everything and more to satisfy everyones needs and requirements, plus the aircon is ultra special at the moment

They have thought of everything you could need

located next to a Sainsbury’s, McDonald’s, Witherspoons, a steakhouse & a couple of other restaurants nearby! Tanning studio across the road and a cinema just up the road. Free onsite parking. We couldn’t fault the apartment for cleanliness and the facilities were fantastic! Fully equipped kitchen with plates, pans, cutlery, cups, fridge, toaster, microwave, fresh towels, WiFi, power shower, comfy bed, tv, long mirror etc. Friendly & helpful staff! Close to train station as well. I was able to make us breakfast each morning by getting food from the nearby Sainsbury’s but Witherspoons was very cheap for food nearby if on a budget.

Very helpful staff, beautifully clean and spacious, very comfortable. It seemed very secure with 24 hr manning of the reception desk and cameras in the car park.

Co-ordination of communication from Saco Customer services, staff in the aparthotel and booking.com. For example I had asked for early checkin via Saco Customer services and phoned Saco Farnborough reception where I was told that they wouldn't know until the morning whether this could be done but would do their best. That morning the room cost plus the early checkin fee was charged to my account together that of the other room that I had booked...so I presumed that the rooms were ready. We arrived to find that the reception staff were unaware of this and the rooms were not quite ready...but they quickly put extra hands to the task to sort this out. The other issue was booking.com nagging me to cancel one of the rooms even though I had stated that the other room was for my brother-in-law and wife. Having to present photo ID for everyone in my group also nearly presented a problem as we don't generally carry passports in the UK and I couldn't be absolutely sure that my sister-in-law would have her driving licence.

This apartment exceeded our expectations . Didn’t expect such a modern,well appointed place to stay

Excellent value for money, could easily stay here for a week or two and still feel comfortable as ample room or clothes etc.

Maybe a light over the bathroom mirror would be helpful

We were an hour early for check-in and the staff happily checked us in early without us having to ask and waived the early check-in fee.

It was more peaceful than my own home where I am subjected to noise for most of the night.

The room was very clean and tidy. I was surprised to find a washing machine provided as I don't have one of my own but instead have shared facilities. I am due to travel again in sometime in September and will again be choosing Aparthotels in which to stay.

I did not find anything that I didn't like and in my opinion everything should stay as it is without any changes.
