After the Hotel was fully renovated in 2021, the changes are fantastic. Last stayed there in 2020 and it was rundown. Rooms, bed and amenities are very very good. The restaurant is lovely and I had a sensational cooked breakfast the next morning before my 5 hour drive home.
The only thing is parking spaces could be better. But they do have an issue for space for cars.

Clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Top floor room was very nice with garden view. Being at back was reasonably quiet from busy street traffic. Renovated rooms were really good. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast.
Not having a lift/elevator was only problem. Next time I will request the first floor for accessibility.

comfortable bed and good amenities. The bar and restaurant is a good back up especially the bottles of sparkling water refilled.
location is a little far away from other restaurants and shops.

Room was clean and comfortable, and well furnished. Facilities were good. Local bird life very friendly and entertaining.
Access was inconvenient because of the concrete median strip on the highway. Lack of nearby restaurant/cafes. Killara restaurant menu unappealing.

A large room for a standard accommodation with a pleasant sitting area, The restaurant appeared nice although we didn't eat here. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed and pillows were very comfy.

There is no elevator and staff refused to help me with George suitcase to second floor

We loved the 'feel' of the room - especially the real greenery.
The location was idea as we were visited someone in Roseville.
We were put off with the price of the meals at the restaurant. The dishes were very tasty but a little 'mean'. The price of the wine was also a bit steep.
As we are an older couple, the stairs were a bit of a put off.
As we had travelled from Perth, we were disappointed there wasn't any laundry facilities available.

the soundproofing in the room was pretty bad, plus our room was locating on the car park level which is unreasonable, basically we sleep among the cars, we could hear the car engines sound all night plus we can even hear people talking upstairs! not too mention when the upstairs customers were having parties, we can hear the music sound, the chairs falling the people running on the floor the whole night and we barely slept. We’ve been negotiating with the hotel manager and it’s has been 10 days we have not seen the promised resolution at all, and there was no follow up, no response. for such a room charging over $600 is unbelievable.

Staff were approachable. The room was clean and comfortable and close to my mother's house in Killara.
There were only two mugs and two teaspoons provided. No bowls, plates, or knives and forks. This made it difficult to eat in our room. The restaurant and bar were not open because it was the Christmas to new year week so we couldn't eat there either. We stayed 3 nights and the room was not serviced in that time. There were no instructions on how to use the air conditioner, so had to work it out for ourselves. I went to reception to ask about the wifi which was very patchy but the receptionist couldn't help me. The undersheet had a stain on it and the doona did not have a cover.

comfortable room
Very poor tea and coffee making facility in room. Restaurant was closed. No cafe particularly close for an older couple. A service station with food next door!! No reception staff at desk. They had to come from the kitchen. Covid apparently diminished the services but this was long after covid restrictions.

very clean
lovely staff when we could find them
tried to check out at 10am, no one was onsite, doors were closed, no signs indicating where we could leave keys. called numerous times, no one answers, there is a restaurant onsite but again closed and we couldn’t grab breakfast or coffee and this was at 10am
