Clean, big room (after we paid upgrade), location worked for us

Great triple room, really spacious.

Location is the best. Love the view from the Bayview rooms. Rooms on the higher floor are larger and have large refrigerators and microwave ovens.

This Hotel should have a hard line for internet. The WIFI is iffy and needs to be reset time to time by unplugging the little module behind the TV.

Good location and friendly staff. Environment friendly by reducing usage of plastic consumable.

No enough socket near bed

Location was nice

Definitely needs an update. I also spoke Japanese at the counter and the staff ignored it and spoke English. That was a little annoying. It's a simple customer service thing they should know, which is to not assume.

Next to mall and train station. Also an arcade, which I love. Elevators need a key to access floors for good security. Room light had dimmer and toggles next to bed making it nice when your partner is asleep and you want to be up.

Rooms were a bit small for comfort. Single bed for 2 people with 4 suitcases (due to a long trip in multiple areas and lots of souvenirs). But it worked out fine. Bathroom door was elevated, that took getting used to.
