well worth the stay

Breakfast was exceptional and relaxed. Nicely renovated breakfast room. The dinner menu was excellent when you go for half board and the restaurant and ambience is excellent. we have been at this hotel several times over the last 8 years and have always enjoyed it. We love the golf facilities, club house, spa are and pool area.

Landscape is breathtaking, inner space is goergeous and very elegant, cuisine is excellent.

Very good

From the moment we park the car and till the moment of check out we enjoyed it every single second we have 3 fantastic nights with my wife and everything was just fine and worth on money you pay for it, I've checked a lot of spa hotels before choosing this one and we just get exact to the point. Also we traveled with a dog and were surprised when found two plates for her in a room with a specific door sign so you can hang it when dog stay alone at room

I always try to put smth to improve the service, so i will be super precise other wise i will rate as 10: 1) Stuff welcomes you with a welcome drink but providing zero info on hotel, wifi, breakfast etc 2) I was asked on my credit card to provide on check in which is ok but then all of a sudden lady started to write down the card credits on a list of paper which i found super weird being in 21st century to apply such a unsecure method :( 3) Spa is super nice but can you put sum rubber cover on a wet floor i saw two persons just fell down and in case of an older person it could be dangerous - i think this is a security measurement you need to afford, for 2 hours in spa i saw the guy making wet floor only once 4) restaurants are so nice and different, the only thing in last evening we spontaneously decided to have dinner in Zirbe restaurant and guy on entrance on our question "can we sit with no booking?" started to answer in a manner "this is the last time i can do it for you without the booking!" and of course restaurant was half empty - really not a 5 start service. Same guy even after left tips run after me because he forgot to put 0.99 cents in card machine when i was paying so her prefered to run and return me to correct his mistake instead of source it from tips:)

Stunning location, wonderful mountain view, great a la carte restaurant; nice wellness & spa area, spacious rooms; very friendly staff; in general very well managed hotel

Bathrooms very small; not state of the art anymore for a 5-star-hotel

Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming atmosphere, great food, wonderful spa area and other utilities, very friendly staff.

The waiters at the breakfast could be more attentive. Our table was widely ignored. It took a very long time until someone finally took our order (~20 min). The wine recommendations with the food were rediculously overprized, and not that extravagant of taste for 92 euros a bottle.

Excellent place in the Austrian alps.

Excellent golf resort hotel with good wellness facilities. Pity I didn’t stay longer to enjoy it all.

I came at night and it’s a bit off the beaten track. I can imagine it suitably pricey in season. it’s more a logical consequence than a dislike.

We enjoyed every moment

A perfect hotel for a relaxing and pampering vacation. Very kind staff that gave us excellent service. We loved every moment at the hotel and we will definitely come back.

I would add another wing to the bath. When you shower, the whole room gets wet. When it comes to a marble floor it's a bit dangerous.

Superb wellness hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet with nice scenery.

The room was spacious, very clean and has all that one will need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The fitness center had more equipment that I expected.

Nothing I can think of. All is perfect to me.

Great spa, beautiful nature, facilities and rooms were all very clean

Breakfast was delicious. But very poor selection of sweets like cakes etc. Staff was friendly.

Dinner in the halfboard restaurant was average, it was not worth the price. I think Zirbe Restaurant would have been much nicer but all tables were booked.
