Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and spacious room, excellent hot water and pressure, comfortable beds, decent value.

Beds were a bit too soft for our preference, the entrance to the room was a single-glazed sliding door which can disturb light sleepers but it was fine for us and couldn't hear the main road. The only natural light was the bathroom window and the sliding door but need to have the curtains pulled for privacy so it was a bit dark but can be solved with having the lights on. But something for other travellers to take note if they really prefer natural light.

Pleasant, comfy stay

Receptionist was first night on the job alone and was very accommodating! Offered to stay open after hours as we were arriving late for check-in. Room was a last minute booking at a good price on Booking.com.

It's a good location to stay if you want to be close to the lake and main city centre

The location was central and we could park our car just outside the unit we stayed

We requested for upstair unit but was given an accessible unit instead.

Well presented spacious accommodation with welcoming staff.

Helpfulness of the staff, location near to the park, clean and spacious rooms, well presented and beautifully cleaned every day. Small touches like the biscuits and toiletries made it feel luxurious, and the spa bath was a fun bonus.

Great location with friendly hosts

My husband and I really enjoyed the hosts, they were super friendly and gave good tips. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we were able to get good nights rest while staying there. The coffee was also amazing, along with the sweets provided.

Can not go there as visa still waiting so it no show, hotel have to charge 1 night as they policy but the hotel charge full payment and try to contact them many time to return money for over charge but no responsibility from the hotel, not help, not take action, not follow the case And bad staff. Already waiting 2 month for their response but no any feedback from them. Always said out of hand.😠😠😠
