Cama e roupas de cama muito boas. Também uma ótima internet no quarto. Bem iluminado.

O banheiro é bom, mas o box é pequeno, estilo antigo. Apesar disso, o chuveiro é ótimo.

Not cheap but good to stay at if you prefere the city centre

I liked the hotel very much. It is in an excellent location and because we got a room on an upper floor we had a view of the city. The room was relatively spacious, the beds very comfortable, and nothing special, but we liked the breakfast too.

The beds. they are the best.

super dirty. The poll floor rugs were dirty, humid, and smelly. I stayed in room #1402 and the rugs were dirty. The hotel does not have a clean or luxury image

Great Hotel nr Av Paulista

Great location near Av Paulista. The hotel is modern and has all the amenities you will require including a club lounge for this who book club rooms. The rooms are large. The hotel is great for Business or pleasure.

The room I stayed in only had a kettle and not a coffee machine. the carpet in the room looked tired.

I chose the hotel because I had stayed iin the same hotel but in different countries, yet it wasnt a five star hotel in Sao Paulo. The hotel was quite old and the area was bad. maybe Avenida Paulista was a nice area before the panedmic but now it is scary - full of homeless people and it is dangerous to walk. The area around the hotel is very dark at night and the hotel is not well illuminated; Breakfast was good but expected more for 5 stars - no crepes, no fresh juices, no fish .... The room was very big and the view was very beautiful; there was a small balcony;

The hotel is very old. The bathroom in the first room wasnt good - the shower didnt wok and the sink was leaking on thefloor we had to change room and waste time; The area around the hotel is not safe - full of homeless people and drak ; every time you use the elevator you have to use your card which is horrible and frusttrating the santizers on the fllors and in the elevetors were always empty Breakfast was simple - repetetive and no crepes , no fish, no fresh juices , no varity of breads... no egg station, no noodles ....
