A great place for 2/3 days of stay in the cozy town of Salzburg.

I liked the apartment, the space, it was very easy to get inside yet very safe, everything was very clean,the amenities, there were enough towels etc, the staff were very helpful during check in and provided us with extra info.

The location while is very close to the main train station but has only one bus connection from the main center area…and sometimes especially in the night the connections are quite less. Another suggestion would be to have a little basic set up in the kitchen..oil/salt ecc.

Příjemný penzion se snadnou dostupností do centra a velice milým personálem

Personál byl velice příjemný. Před ubytováním jsme mohly nechat kufry na recepci, než bude pokoj připraven. Dokonce se pan recepční šel zeptat uklízečky, zda-li již není ve 13h náš pokoj připraven, byl připraven až od 14h, do té doby jsme mohly posedět v jídelně u recepce a dát si zdarma kávu nebo čaj a dojít si na toaletu. Recepční nám vynesl kufry do 2. patra. Po skončení pobytu jsme mohly nechat kufry také na recepci. Všichni recepční se pořád usmívali a bylo vidět, že jsme jako hosté vítaní. :) Zdarma je k dispozici káva nebo čaj dole u recepce, dále je k dispozici na pokoji rychlovarná konvice s čaji. Pokoj má klimatizaci, super moderní koupelnu. Pokoj je spíše menší, tak jak je zobrazeno na fotkách penzionu. Postele byly spíše měkčí, ale spalo se nám na nich dobře. Do centra se jezdí 5 stanic autobusem č. 21 - zastávka cca 20 metrů od penzionu - interval 15 minut, po 19 hodině interval 30 minut. Kousek od penzionu je diskont Norma.

Rozkládací gauč byl na spaní trošku nepohodlný. Wifi nebyla funkční, přihlásily jsme se, ale nebyl signál. Silnice u penzionu je hodně frekventovaná, od 6 hodiny ráno nelze spát s otevřenými okny, ale naštěstí v noci auta nejezdila.

Très pratique, il manque seulement la climatisation

* Le monsieur à la réception était très gentil et très utile. * L'appartement était très bien équipé, avec une grande chambre, avec une vraie cuisine (grande table pour au moins 4 personnes), un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver, tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. * Nous étions à 2 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus qui menait directement au centre-ville et à 5 minutes à pied d'un petit supermarché de type Lidl (appelé Norma). * Nous avons même fait le trajet à pied plusieurs fois pour aller en ville (environ 25 minutes à pied). * Il y a un distributeur de billets à 3 minutes à pied. * On se sent en sécurité dans le quartier.

* J'aurais dû prendre un hébergement avec climatisation. Il y avait seulement un ventilateur. Il faisait 27 °C dans la chambre et nous avons eu du mal à dormir. * Il y a un chantier en face la fenêtre de la chambre, donc beaucoup de bruit (camions, engins de chantier...). De plus, il y a pas mal de voitures qui passent sous la fenêtre. Quand la fenêtre est fermée, on ne les entend presque pas mais, avec la chaleur (mois d'août), nous devions laisser la fenêtre ouverte. * Le bâtiment n'a aucun charme.

Good value, sweet hotel.

Friendly staff, pleasant room, clean and good value for money in an expensive city. The bus was easy to get across the road and easy to use to get back, quick into the city.

Friendly and tidy accommodation

Very helpful staff at check in gave suggestions and information about Salzburg. Great location to train station and central Salzburg. Comfortable rooms and clean, spacious bathrooms.

Our room was very warm even though we had windows open and the fan on.

The quiet garden location suited us perfectly with an east bus ride into the city centre right outside the door. Our welcome was so warm and informative. Reception set us up for the perfect stay in Salzburg

La pensión está ubicada a 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren, pero en dirección contraria al centro. Igualmente, la recomiendo! Personal muy amable, todo muy limpio, habitación confortable, ideal para estar de paso, el alojamiento es pequeñito en sí.

A small, well-decorated room that is fully equipped for convenient use. The reserved room has a bathroom with dimensions of 1x1 meter and a washbasin, which makes it very convenient. The bathroom and toilets should be cleaned more frequently due to the limited number and usage by occupants on the entire floor. And this accommodation doesn't have an elevator, which can be difficult for individuals with heavy baggage.

Staffs are friendly. They will introduce the sights and transportation to you while checking in .They also provide tea ,coffee and earplug at common area. Shared bathoom were kept clean after used by various people.

No airconditing, only provide a fan but not much enough for two person in summer season.There is no stair, difficult to carry heavy luggage.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and had great tips for Salzburg and what to see. The rooms also had a really nice design! Plus we got a free upgrade to a room with a shower inside.

Overall, would stay here again! :)

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! :) The breakfast was great and had vegan spreads available (💛). The location is also nice. It isn’t too far from the main station (approx. 7-10 min walk) and there’s a bus connection just across the street that takes you to the city center in 10 mins. The other two rooms we had were nice. We did have one facing the backside and would suggest bringing a sleeping mask if you are disturbed by early sunrises. We did have these blackout curtains but because of the heat wave we had to keep the window open to cool our room - there’s no AC in the rooms but were equipped with fans.

Noise in front of the first room on the ground floor. Maybe finding a way to move the coffee/tee service elsewhere would help reduce late night noises from midnight tea/coffee drinkers.

Room and casual atmosphere. Care in making sure we had some basic amenities (kettle, tea, coffee, etc) like in the bedroom.

Breakfast needs to be better for that price. There were not any hot foods, except for boiled eggs. The orange juice was from a cheap package.

The room is rather expensive and small. We were there in July and it's very hot inside the room and we had trouble falling asleep at night.

The property was clean and well maintained. The host are courteous and helpful. They willingly helped us with some amazing information about all the best attractions and places to dine.

The walk from the nearest Train station is a bit long, but you can use the bus to get there

Very clean rooms with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating after a much later arrival than expected. Gluten-free breakfasts were provided too (at a slightly increased cost).

Solid choice for a Salzburg stay.

Clean room that looked recently remodeled. Good location close to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof and a 10-minute bus ride to the Altstadt. Friendly people at reception. Nice breakfast.

Quite a bit of street noise but then management provided earplugs so that worked out fine. A little out of the way but then we chose it for proximity to the train station. Shower in room was a little odd but a privacy screen was provided which was thoughtful.

People here are very kind and enthusiastic , they really do help on everything. We enjoy the local austrian food recommended by the hotel staff. Also, traffic problems are solved under their explanations. Highly suggest for the warming stay!
