Bel hôtel en centre-ville

Bel hôtel très bien situé dans la vieille ville de Sarajevo, tous les sites d’intérêt se trouvent à proximité. Chambre confortable, petit-déjeuner varié, personnel très accueillant et disponible, le séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé.

Hotel is good for over the night stay, as the location is perfect.

location is perfect right in the middle of bascarsija, friendly staff, car can be parked in Hotel Europe garage which is 2min away.

air conditioning is poor, room facing the street is very loud if you have open windows, bathroom is not by European 4star standard.

Top Lage, sauberes Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal

Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum der Einkaufsmeile "Baščaršija". Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig im Stadtzentrum von Sarajevo, ebenso Gastronomie (hier ist für jeden etwas dabei). Preise insgesamt angemessen. Teilweise deutschsprachiges Personal, was vieles vereinfacht hat. Abholung durch Hoteltransfer vom und zum Flughafen hat super geklappt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Größere Auswahl an Broten bzw. Brötchen, z.B. Schwarzbrot oder Vollkornbrot wäre schön.

genel olarak fena değil ama otopark sıkıntılı

Genel olarak Temizlik otelin yeri çalışanların güler yüzü gayet iyiydi.

Öncelikle rezervasyonum 91€ idi ama 100€ aldılar son dakika orda olduğum için mecbur kabul ettim. Diğer konu Otopark olduğu yazmakta ben de buna güvenerek araç kiralayarak gittim fakat araç için yer olmadığını söylediler sıkıntılı oldu benim için ekstra 30 € otoparka vermek zorunda kaldım.

Quiet relaxation.

Very good attention upon arrival. They explain very well all the places to visit Sarajevo in detail. It is very central.We had a few cold days, so the heating was very good, Because it is low season, they have given us a higher category room with the offer.the buffet was very complete the three

Very good

The rooms are great and look new. The staff is super nice and friendly and the breakfast is great. Heaps of variety. The location is perfect. Everything you need is outside the hotel.

The bathroom was very outdated when you compare it to the rest of the hotel. Another thing is that the parking situation is quite difficult. If you are the first to park in the small street, infront of the hotel, then you have to wait for a staff member to reverse all the cars out to get to your car.

The hotel's comfort was very poor. I paid extra for a large room, but they put two beds together to make a bed, one of which was higher than the other. We booked breakfast included, but they did not give us breakfast. There was no drinking water in the rooms. They sell water for money. There is no air conditioner in the room. They put a portable air conditioner. The shower cabin was very small, I took a shower by opening the door of the shower cabin. It was not a hotel that deserved the money we paid. They deliberately canceled the reservation because I said I would make a bad comment. I called Booking.com customer service and they confirmed it.

Location, location, location ! Staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming ! We managed to get quite a number of assistance for shuttle, tours, rooms, breakfast, tea in the evening and more..

The promt reaction from the staff regarding our problem with the shower was solved immediately. Not everything goes always according to plan, but the calmness and kind ess with which they solved is 15/10!!!

No minibar, but there's a mini fridge in the room that comes in handy. Drinks can be bought at the reception.

The place is clean. Location is perfect. Beakfast is nice.

Bathroom is a little bit old. During the night water is not hot as it should be. The shuttle service to the airport is double expensive than the offocial taxi service, which I called from another hotel.

Exceded all expectations twice over!!!!

I loved everything, the ambience, the staff, the furnishings, the artwork….I need to add that the staff were exceptional, a real stand-out! Even the public bathrooms offered products for women, extremely thoughtful….this little gem was outstanding!

if I had to say one thing…..their tea cups are too small….that’s it!!!!!

Warm Bosnian hospitality

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, just on the edge of the Old Town, near the Latin Bridge and right next to the 14th century Bascarsija (market area). Parking is easy if you reserve a parking spot. The parking is right in front of the hotel but it’s tandem style, so you have to leave your car keys with reception. Our deluxe king suite had a comfortable king bed, lounge area and good bathroom. All the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and we thought that the breakfast was excellent!!

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room, the bathroom was a little dated (particularly the small shower cubicle) and the WiFi was very slow and spotty but other than that it was a perfect stay!

Breakfast was cheerful, but not exceptional. But breakfast is not my top priority. Staff were very helpful, considerate and talkative. It is always a good and sincere welcome.

Recommended place for a short tour in Sarajevo

Top location - situated just meters from the most important landmarks; although at top centre - the place is quiet in the evenings; breakfast had a surprising variety of options, food was delicious, great plus for me was the espresso machine; staff was very polite and always willing to help

coming by car can be cumbersome - hotel provides limited valet parking for max 4-5 cars and maneuvering in the neighboring streets can be difficult; I would expect frequent room tidying and cleanup

Perfectly located and excellent value

We loved this hotel, The receptionist was so helpful and kind. We checked in early, the room was perfect. Could not fault it. Location is superb. We enjoyed the breakfast too.
