A little disappointing for our last 2 days in Bali, the staff were excellent.

The location was very good. Pool area was nice and relaxing.

The fridge in our room was not working, broken plug, the bed squeaked every time you sat on it and rolled over, no chairs in the room, towels were stained. The breakfast didn't cater for people who did not eat eggs. We had trouble with the safe.

Very affordable right in the heart of Kuta. Close to the beach, shopping and great food. Room was clean and the staff were amazing. Would certainly stay again.

Clean affordable hotel in the middle of Kuta

It was middle of Kuta and 3 minutes walk to the beach , but it was very quiet once you are in the hotel complex. Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice, actually had lunch and dinner sometimes, food was amazing . You also receive daily bottles of water per person !

Lovely hotel in great location

Very friendly and welcoming hotel members, a lovely decorated swimming pool and a great location in walking distance to the beach with many activities there - perfect hotel for this price. Don't miss the yummy restaurant.

Excellent value

The location was great, as we could walk in any direction to find restaurants and stores. Its not far from Discovery and Boardwalk Malls and a short stroll to the beach. The room was towards the back of the complex and away from street and traffic noise. We paid for the breakfast as part of booking and weren't disappointed - Yulia's Kitchen put on a magnificent breakfast!

The tv didn't appear to have cable channels, as advertised.

Exceptional

even though it’s on a bustling street - it’s almost dead silent. Very peaceful. never any loud terrible music - it’s just fantastic. This is our second time here (after staying at a different hotel which couldn’t compare) and we will definitely be back. The whole property is beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Great wifi too! Love Yulias and will come back every time.

Nothing, other than the lack of breakfast options but honestly there are so many great cafes around that doesn’t matter.

Wasted money by staying here. Not recommended.

Nothing Really other than the location. It was very close to the Kuta beach. Breakfast was average.

Staff and manager was arrogant. When booked, It was showing room photos with bath tub that is why I choose this hotel (Now they replaced photos!!). Also I have booked and paid for 4 people (3 Adults and 1 Child) with breakfast and only they want to provide breakfast for 3.!!! Reception staff and the manager had argued for about an hour and still not provided child's breakfast. Had to complain Booking.com and interfere to this matter and then they provided child's breakfast. Wifi was very poor too. Just giving 2 star out of 10 because the breakfast issue sorted otherwise zero stars for this hotel Not recommended at all.

Easy walk to Kuta beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff are all lovely to deal with and helped with our requests when they could.

Very basic accommodation. We were comfortable however for a family room there was no indoor seating and the shower did not work properly in either bathroom.

Close to Kuta Beach

The location is very close to the Kuta beach. Many shops and eateries around. Excellent facilities and very clean and modern rooms. Good swimming pool The only negative that I noticed was that they collected an additional IDR 100K as deposit at the time of check-in after room payment is done, which was not mentioned anywhere. This is refundable though, but a pre mentioned is must. Otherwise the property is great 👍.

Wonderful central spot without the noise

Overall fantastic, but room not as advertised.

The room was well located, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, yet set back enough to not be noisy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room had a bath although there was some confusion about this (as above). The pool area was really nice. Overall a great stay.

Overall we had a brilliant stay but the room was not as advertised on booking.com. I filtered results to only show rooms with a bath. The deluxe double room says it comes with a bath and also showed a picture of a bath when the room was selected. When I arrived I was told this room doesn't exist, it's only the "super deluxe" that has the bath. This is not what was advertised and I showed the receptionist my booking which clearly stated "Deluxe Double Room" and had a picture of a bath. The receptionist was helpful and gave us the choice of the deluxe double room without a bath, or an "older" less appealing looking twin room with a bath. We went for the latter and the room was nice enough, although it was not the room we were expecting.
