The quality of the rooms, facilities and restaurant
I didn't like that they called me to the lobby when I checked out at 9am and I had to wait in the humid lobby 1 hour and 15 minutes for my transport. I could have just waited in my room. I think they wanted us out of the room early.

Great experience! Very nice place and location is amazing. The breakfast buffet is probably the best I have ever seen with a variety of food. All staff are friendly and welcome to help. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. The resort located in the great location and a good view for sunset. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast was superb and variety selection. Swimming pool is stunning view, especially the rooftop pool. The free class of activities and facilities were really good. We will back!! ++

Best hotel in White Sand Beach, beautiful beach, a wide selection of breakfast. Staffs are friendly and so helpful. Various kind of activities to do and fully of facilities such as spa, fitness, kid’s club, and also have 4 swimming pool. I really like to relax at the bar of beachfront swimming pool. They have refurbished the new restaurant where offer the very good atmosphere to enjoy dinner and sunset time. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely back again!!

Un peu déçu par la chambre avec vue sur plage car nous avions la salle de sport en face de notre fenêtre . Beaucoup d’humidité la première nuit avec obligation de laisser la climatisation en route en permanence. Je trouve la chambre un peu vieillissante ainsi que le mobilier pour le prix (200€ la nuit avec pdj)

Also das Hotel ist völlig ausreichen und für Thailändische Verhältnisse auch schon luxus, wir hatten erst eine Nacht mit 4 P 2 Zimmer Hügelseite mit Pollzugang, die Zimmer waren völlig komfortabel, ich selber lege Wert auf eine Dusche wo Wasser rauskommt, dort sehr gut, der Pool vor der Tür ist praktisch!! Wir hatte den nicht genutzt!! Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Gepflegte Räume anscheinend neu, die Auswahl sehr gut !! Später hatte ich 2 Garten Villa, bedeutend besser! Sehr angenehm Villa 5328+ 5329 mit Zwischentür sehr gut für Familien!!!
Also wie gesagt für Thailändische Verhältnisse TOP aber ich hätte gerne mal den Manager angesprochen, der ist aber in Bangkok!! Die Wände in der Hoteleinfahrt mal streichen!! Sehen sehr mitgenommen aus, sowie Farbe an den Häusern, die Wege mal kehren, gibt hier genügend Personal, aber mal einsetzen für die Instandsetzung!! POOL säubern lassen, die Liegen + Terrasse Holz Farbe, anscheinend Mangelware auf Thailand?? Aber aus der Anlage könnte man was richtig schön machen, nur hier fällt der Manager!!

Viel zu wenig Liegestühle ->teils verschmutzt mit Vogelkot und sonstigem, werden leider nie geputzt :-( Viel zu wenig Sonnenschirme, viel zu wenig Schattenplätze. Das Management sollte dringend handeln!!!! Ansonsten wäre es ein sehr schönes Resort mit viel Potential...

Die Lage des Hotel. Schönster Strand von Koh Chang. Frühstücksbuffet lecker und vielseitig. Zimmer sauber und große gemütliches Bett. Der Pool am Strand war toll mit der Aussicht. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab's Restaurants und Supermärkte. Der Abschied viel uns nicht leicht. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Schönste Unterkunft in ganz Koh Chang. Definitiv zu empfehlen, wenn man europäische Standards mag. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück, mit gesunden Optionen. Toller Ausblick, schöner Strand, saubere Zimmer und Anlage, mega Spa Bereich!
Die live Musik beim Strand-Restaurant war schrecklich. Die anliegende Straße ist schmuddelig und wirklich schöne Geschäfte/ Lädchen/ Bars gibt es nicht. Zur Strandseite hingehen gibt es nette Bars.

Great location & beach and decent breakfast, although not good fruit options and little variety.
Hotel is understaffed, pool area a disaster. Bathroom in room smelled like sewage. Gym is acceptable but small, they also did AC maintenance which made the gym unbearable. Cocktail bar can't even make standard cocktails like a Negroni, understaffed as well.

Beim Check out zeigte uns die sehr unfreundliche Dame von der Rezeption ein Foto mit etwas Sand auf dem Bett und meinte sie würde uns dafür 100 Baht berechnen. Wie bitte ?????
Also wir reisen viel in 4 und 5 Sterne Hotels aber das …gruselig.

Nun sind wir zum Testen 1 Nacht im KACHA Resort ( ein paar hundert Meter weiter )

Patogi viešbučio lokacija, aplinkui daug maitinimo įstaigų ir parduotuvių, puikus paplūdimys, daug žalumos, skanūs ir gausūs pusryčiai, skanus restorano maistas (a la carte), turizmo informacijos centras pačiame viešbutyje (su galimybe užsisakyti ekskursijas, žygius, išsinuomoti automobilį), kambarys su terasa, papildomi reikmenys kambaryje (kavos aparatas, paplūdimio krepšys, skėčiai), geri SPA masažai, galimybė įtraukti arbatpinigius į kambario sąskaitą (nereikia nešiotis grynųjų), vakarais restoranuose nedaug žmonių (nereikia iš anksto rezervuotis staliukų). Viešbutį suremontavus ir pastačius pakankamai gultų, jis būtų nuostabus.
Gultus prie jūros/baseino reikia užsiimti nuo ankstaus ryto (priešingu atveju, tiesiog nebelieka laisvų), per mažai gultų paplūdimyje, baseino rankšluosčių kartais pritrūksta, kambariams jau reikėtų remonto (baldai, durys susidėvėję), kambaryje jaučiamas pelėsio kvapas (dėl to nuolat vonioje laikėme įjungtą ventiliatorių), kambario terasoje yra burbulinė vonia, tačiau jos net nejungėme, nes buvo beviltiškai pasenusi (pageltusi, aprūdijusi, apsilaupiusi), per pusryčius nuolat pritrūksta kavos puodelių, nėra galimybės pasiimti švarius stalo įrankius.

All staff were kind and serviceminded. Best part of the beach. Great villa. Nice breakfast. The hotel restaurant, although on the pricier side, was excellent. Beach massage was great. Clean. Calm, relaxed vibe.
The villas are very different in terms of location. So it’s a lottery if you for example will have a blocked view or not.
Almost impossible to get a sunbed by the main pool/beach thanks to people waking up at 7am to ”reserve” a sunbed for the whole day…

Am besten hat uns das überaus freundliche und Hilfsbereite Personal gefallen. Es herrscht überall ein respektvoller und freundlicher Umgang. Das Essen im Beach Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut. Der Strand ist sauber und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten sich hin zulegen.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Lage am Strand ist einmalig. Das Frühstücksbuffet sensationell, Riesenauswahl und exzellente Qualität.
Mehrere Strandrestaurants in Gehweite, wo am Abend viel Leben ist und man mit den Füßen im Sand sitzen kann. Herrlich!
Die Zimmer sind tadellos, unser Garden View Zimmer allerdings nicht so gut gelegen. Viel schöner sind die Bungalows/Villen. Schöne Vegetation im Hotelgarten. 7/11 gleich neben Hotel
Die Anlage ist uns persönlich zu groß und trubelig. Die Wäscherei hat Mühe, die Handtücher zu liefern, sie kommen gar nicht nach. Beim (an sich erstklassigen) Frühstück läuft ständig Loungemusik, auch als Fahrstuhlmusik bekannt, nervt total. Meeresrauschen und Vogelzwitschern wäre viel netter gewesen

The staff was super helpful and the room was always clean. We had an motorbike accident during our stay and thanks to the hotel staff, the organization of transport to the hospital on the island was hassle-free and free of charge. The hotel staff was very friendly. They asked us every day how we were feeling and offered help every time.

All good - it was a little bit busy at times but the choice was good.
There was a bit of reserving sun loungers and you had to be up early to get one. It felt like no one was eating in the restaurant in the evening because most people go out down the beach so very quiet. Food ok but a little bit expensive. The bar staff at the pool were great with great service always a smile and super cocktails .

Nette Anlage am schönen White Sand Beach. Alles notwendige (7 Eleven, Shops, Restaurants,..) zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig und ausreichend.
Der große Pool direkt vor dem Hotel war grün verfärbt, da hat wohl was mit der Wasserqualität nicht gestimmt.

Sehr schöner gepflegter Strand mit saubererem Meer. Pool auch sehr schön. Frühstück der Hammer. Liegen sehr gut. Etwas wenig Schattenplatz. Deshalb immer ein Run auf diese Liegeplätze mit Tuchreservation!! Jaccusi auf dem Balkon absolut überflüssig, da ja das Meer und eventuell der Pool vorhanden sind.
Platz zwischen den Liegen am Strande dürfte mindestens alle 2 Tage gewischt werden. Es liegen teilweise Kronenkorken herum. Eigentlich ein Detail!
Leider hat es am Abend in den Zimmer gestunken nach Kanalisation!! Ich glaube das Problem ist erkannt und es wird daran gearbeitet. Jedenfalls sieht es so in der "Grube" hinter dem Gebäude aus, das da vehement daran gearbeitet wird.. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dies bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt verschwunden sein wird!!!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am flach abfallenden, wunderschönen White Sand Beach. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, wenn auch das Mobiliar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Am Frühstücksbuffet, welches man direkt am schönen Stand einnehmen kann, ist für alle was geboten. Neben asiatischen Speisen findet man Brot, Brötchen, süße Stücke, Wurst, Käse Joghurt und einen fantastischen Obstsalat. Es stehen mehrere Kaffeeautomaten zur Verfügung.
Die Klimaanlage ist leider sehr laut.

As in many hotels it was annoying that most sunbets at the main pool were already reserved by „early birds“ at 7 in the morning but the people were not showing up until 10-11 am :/
