Good location, free parking, clean room, nice view
The hotel is not modern… they still use keys, the doors are very old, slow elevators…

Parcheggio abbastanza ristretto e molto pieno. Ma comunque sono bel organizzati…

Location spettacolare
Le camere, almeno la nostra, non era il massimo e aveva la porta d’ingresso che a stento si chiudeva

Excellent location and the rooms were great (even if a little dated). Loved our balcony overlooking the ocean. Restaurants on the property were great as well. Closeness to Amalfi/Positano by ferry is a big plus. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Having to pay 20-30€ per person for a spot on their private beach is ridiculous - should be complimentary given the price of the room. The extremely loud beach party (which goes until 5 am every Fri-Sat, 1 am other nights) made it difficult to sleep. Confusing to find the room (required multiple elevator rides) at first.

Music was so loud that you can't sleep. They played it every very single day until 1am and on weekends until 5am. They lied about music during the week and how loud it is.

There was no issue with the noise whatever soooo beautiful hotel and clean it was amazing

The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is providing really high-quality wifi.
The rooms are very old and need to be renovated. The rooms have a common door between the neighbor's room and all the noise from the next room is inside your room which is really disturbing. Moreover, the disco on the beach is not allowing you to rest and sleep in your room until 5 am which is not acceptable.

The hotel is located exactly at the entrance of the city of Salerno.
Our room was very large and very nicely renovated.
We were told that the rooms facing the port have been renovated and the rooms facing the sea have not been fully renovated. We chose the renovated room and it was very nice. Of course, the view of the rooms that have a direct view of the sea is definitely better.
nothing for us, but check the location and transport if you do not have a car.

Great location, beautiful view, very good breakfast, professional staff...
8.0 / 10.0
In the low season, when we were about the only guests, we still found professional staff and everything in working order except the gym and beach that we knew would be closed. The views to the sea are great; the views to the port are interesting. The walk into the center of Vietri is short and comfortable.

Our bathroom had a constant smell of sewer which was not pleasant.

The location and hotel are beautiful, and the staff was super helpful with everything. Overall the hotel is really nice from the inside and the breakfast was great. As we were in Italy I was happy that the breakfast also had vegetables and fresh fruit. We had the standard rooms and I was positively surprised that they were really nice and big so definitely value for your money.
The location is really easy to access by car and had a parking place. Also, some other restaurants were within walking distance so you don't need a car for everything.
The restaurant downstairs wasn't good and I felt like to waitresses didn't want us there. Although the hotel is in a quiet spot you can hear noises from the corridors in the standard room. It's not much but if you are a light sleeper, have earplugs with you.

We went for a room with the hot tub and after a few weeks in Italy we needed it. The tub and room were great and large with an expansive view. We had read many of the summer reviews but we had no problems with noise from the beach club. Travel was in November. Had no problem with parking since the hotel wasn't crowded.
The view was marred by the location since the hotel is adjacent to a large commercial area and shipping port. Not very scenic. Had issues with accessing the beach due to ongoing construction but we weren't swimming anyway. Not a good choice for a beach vacation. Breakfast was good the first day but the second someone had left the doors to the terrace open and the food was loaded with small black flies, Couldn't touch anything that day. Breakfast staff seemed complacent and did nothing about it even though it was obvious.

Everything was above our expectations. We were quite reserved to book the hotel since it was rated 7.7, yet we still booked it since it was October and options limited. Yet, it deserves a perfect 10. The hotel, the view, the breakfast, the restaurant were exceptional. Absolutely exceptional. They had free parking in an area that is complicated to find parking places. The view from the our hotel room was stunning (we had a room with a view both to the sea, and to the city of Salerno, as well as to the port). The private beach was very clean. The breakfast was diverse and had mindblowing desserts. All the dishes we had at the restaurant were stellar (2 consecutive dinners). We tried, twice as well, the Michelin restaurant - Re Mauri - and we had the best food in a long while.

Hotel is noisy until dawn with the music of the beach bar
9.0 / 10.0
The room was very spacious, the beach, the elevator to the beach, the restaurant for lunch, the view from the room.
The breakfast- they do not have many options and they give you the same salami and omlete every day.

They moved us from 4th floor to first floor the second night. This room looked like it had been updated, a big improvement over the 4th floor room.
Other than our first floor room, the whole place needs up-dating. Dust and dirt in stairways, chipped paint on walls, nicks on furniture. The floor in the inside dining area was dirty, dried drips on floor under the coffee machine. A lot of the staff seemed to be bothered when we asked for something, long wait for drinks and food. We were a party of four, sometimes people who came after us were taken care of before us. Ordered four chairs and towels for the beach, the chair guy on the beach refused to give us four, only got three (at the time, my husband hadn't come down yet). I tried to explain, but ended up taking a fourth chair from another spot that wasn't being used.

we had an awesome view of the sea and we enjoyed the sunrise from our balcony. The beachfront is clean, we were able to walk in the shoreline early in the morning. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly especially Katherine/ KAthy who assisted us getting bus tickets and making a follow-up on our lost luggage. The breakfast buffet was a +plus . Overall we are satisfied with our stay
1. the garbage pile up near the bus stop.
2. the elevator system, it is just too confusing
3. the smell when you get to the hallway in the 4th floor, we were staying in room 421- it was like moldy and dirty smell

close to the beach
bit outdated but still a good hotel to stay for a few nights
