The shower plug was blocked so when I had a first shower the tray flooded. I unblocked the drain myself to save flooding the bathroom. The lights went off in the bathroom mid shower as they are on a motion sensor timer. The tea and coffee tray was was replenished. and the magnetic key stopped working daily. There was no one on reception later evening so I had to call a duty manager ot get the key reactivated. I wont be staying there again.

Good selection for breakfast,
yoghurt not labelled, cooked food not very hot

Location to Marlow (The Hand and Flowers) was just perfect and cheaper than many other places to stay in the local area. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast!
Nothing to add here

The breakfast is fantastic!

The setting (alongside the River Thames) is lovely. It is peaceful and within easy walking distance of Marlow ... although there is no footpath to town along the river bank. Breakfast was very good. Our room was spacious but fairly basic. An additional lounge chair would have been welcome.
Checking in was efficient but our key cards didn't work and we had to return to Reception. We were provided with replacement cards ... which also didn't work! We were eventually given a different room. There was only one 'ordinary' tea bag on our tray alongside a range of infusions. We asked Reception for some additional English Tea bags and were told that they would be provided. They were not! There were no bar or café facilities on the Saturday evening that we stayed. Disappointing!

Excellent value, in a great location. Like a Premier Inn but based in a much better environment with better facilities. Good breakfast. Very happy with my stay.
Monday AM check-out a little early at 9.30.

Room & bed comfortable
VERY clean
Breakfast good choice
Too short a stay
Not too happy with the automatic light in the bathroom
Security light in the bedroom a bit too bright I think
4.2
The breakfast was of a very high quality and very well presented.
I am a light sleeper and the bright light from the corridor crept under the bedroom door. It could be toned down a bit.

The price reflected very fairly on the accommodation, location and service. The room was clean, modern and comfortable and easily provided enough space for 2 adults. The bathroom was clean and provided everything and anything you could possibly need. The surrounding area was quiet and tranquil with nighttime hours remaining peaceful throughout the night. The parking was free and with a huge selection of spaces. The overall ambience was great! Lovely food selection for breakfast, plentiful for all. And great social spaces.
The lady on checkout didn't provide as welcoming hello as you'd expect. I was handed a key card and expected to know where I was going and what was happening with breakfast options. She wasn't rude, just unhelpful with an undertone of boredom. The breakfast was fine, but we didn't understand why we couldn't help ourselves to the hot food? And why the 2 staff members were arguing over 'taking money'? Very strange. Not the comfiest bed, but suitable for a night's stay and I was put out a tad by the 930am checkout! Maybe boost it to 10am; cheeky ask!

Excellent breakfast and grounds, though the eating area is rather souless, more like a cafeteria.
Not being able to leave our luggage, without an extra charge of£15.00 for an early checkin charge.
4.2
Clean & big room
Shower head needs replacing , wouldn't stay in one place when using it
