Le fait qu'il soit un peu excentré de tout mais avec une voiture c'est totalement faisable Et pensez à mentionner la garantie d'environs 500€ à laisser à l'arrivé pour la récupérer au départ

Unforgettable Experience at Lux Belle Mare

The breakfast buffet was Delish!! Absolutely amazing. We also had dinner at their Indian Restaurant, the food was soooo good! Lunch at Beach Rouge was absolutely fresh and the staff in general is super helpful and always ready to help. We have 3 years old twins and the activities at the Kids club were awesome. Our kids loved being there and had fun. A special thanks to Mr. Elvis at the Front Office. His Customer service was genuine and his smile was very welcoming.

Standard pokoi bardzo wysoki, obsługa bardzo miła, jakość jedzenia wysoka. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i komfortowa łazienka.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo słaba - Bell Mare to miejscowość gdzie nie ma absolutnie nic poza kilkoma hotelami przy bardzo średniej plaży. Ponadto brak konsekwencji respektowania niektórych zasad hotelu, np. "dress code" niektórym się pozwala przychodzić w strojach kąpielowych na posiłki. Toleruje się dzieci w strefach adult dla mnie jest to absolutnie niedopuszczalne, ponieważ istnienie stref ciszy i stref adult był jednym z głównych czynników wyboru hotelu. Jak wracaliśmy z hikingu to było trzeba szybko przemknąć do pokoju się przebrać bo potrafił ktoś z obsługi podejść i weryfikować czy na pewno jesteśmy z tego hotelu bo nie byliśmy ubrani elegancko - trochę to ogranicza swobodę i według mnie jest niegrzeczne. Bardzo słabej jakości drinki w barach za bardzo wysoką cenę, piękne opisy w karcie są zupełnie nieadekwatne, ponieważ w rzeczywistości dostaje się najtańszy sok z kartona z marketu o strasznie sztucznym smaku +alkohol +dużo lodu za niebotyczną kwotę 700 rupi

Started Well But Did Not End Well

Beautiful Property, friendly staff, amazing facilities. Lovely beach and well appointed rooms.

3550 rupees owing Booking dates 27th June to 2July 2024. July 01 - monies were taken out from my account in amount of 5000 rupees in lieu of accommodation breakage deposit. 02 July - early check out from Hotel. 02 July - banking details were furnished for refund of balance of deposit. Numerous emails sent to get them to process the refund. 23 July - refund actioned by hotel ( 3 weeks later ) screenshot sent to me of the transaction. Numerous emails sent again to track the refund as no funds settled or cleared into my account presently 19 August. All emails after 23 July were completely ignored. 49 days later (1.5 months ) Still No refund received. Ridiculous really!

Excelente estrutura

Os quartos são excelentes, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são muito educados e simpáticos, fomos atendidos por Nitin na maioria dos dias e que energia contagiante! Além de tudo, o resort disponibiliza passeios de barco, food truck e sorvete o dia todo se vc optar pelo All Inclusive.

Mieux qu’une carte postale

La chambre était magnifique la salle de bain incroyable avec la baignoire et le petit coussin, la piscine était très belle , la plage également , le petit déjeuner très copieux et très beau, on ne savait pas où donner de la tête. Les transats trop bien et les serviettes chaude , la piscine chauffée étaient très très agréable, Les restaurants étaient très bons, mais un petit peu cher.

Il manque un peu d’animation le soir et même la journée. Et le prix des restaurants restent assez cher.

Le vraie LUXE, le PARADIS et la CLASSE

TOUT! Le petit déjeuner était excellent, le personnel est juste ADORABLE, leurs priorités c'est tout simplement la satisfaction des clients, nous faire plaisir, ils se soucient que vous ne manquiez de rien, ils disent toujours bonjour et demande même comment vous allez. La gentillesse des mauriciens est illimités c'est incroyable. C'est le meilleur hôtel 5* que j'ai fais dans ma vie et je pense que je trouverais difficilement un meilleur hôtel que celui-ci. Un GRAND merci pour ce magnifique et incroyable séjour.

RIEN lol, tout est parfait, je n'ai pas trouvé quelque chose de négatif à dire. Tout est pensé et tout est vraiment parfait!

An exceptional well-thought through and designed experience

We had an exceptional stay at Bella Mare; the facilities are beautiful and well maintained, the dining experiences were exquisite (I still dream about the duck at Duck Laundry) and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be returning. The beach is beautiful white sand and clear water. We were not travelling with children and found it refreshing how the right balance is struck between an adult experience while more than adequately catering for children as well.

Супер место. Брали на двое суток. Номер достался на первом этаже, в шаге от пляжа и водных развлечений, в тихой стороне отеля. Завтраки просто бомбические, сравниваем с предыдущем отелем на острове. Дарят сразу сумку пляжную и бутылочки для воды. Это можете с собой не брать. Море красивое прекрасное, но если центральная часть отеля то до него несколько метров, а если с нашего края то близко очень. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый

Не было таких моментов, только если то, что если у вас только завтрак, то вечером вы не сядете ни в какой ресторан, только если заранее бронировать. Поэтому брать лучше все включено. А и еще, очень маленькая парковка, мы еле поставили машину на последнее место.

Отличный отель для отдыха с детьми. Отзыв будет глазами родителей. Отличный интерьер, светло и много воздуха на всей территории и в номерах. Везде чисто и аккуратно. На всей территории дорожки, почти везде есть пандусы для колясок, единственное препятствие - лестница к самому номеру (жили на втором этаже). Хороший пляж, чистый, с белым песком. Зона для купания очень неглубокая, для взрослых наверное слишком мелко, но детям самое оно. Классный бассейн, в первую очередь для детей, опять же неглубоко и довольно много пространства для игр с малышами. Очень вкусная еда, только к концу второй недели начали уставать от завтраков. Есть детский стол, много блюд, которые легко адаптируются под детские привычки. Мясо, рыба, салаты, все отличного качества. Проблема только со свежими овощами, видимо, их привозят на остров. Отдельно нужно сказать про персонал, все сотрудники отеля искренне заинтересованы в том, чтобы у вас все было супер. Ну и важно, если едете без детей, то как минимум будьте готовы, что вокруг вас их будет очень много, маленьких и шумных:) Напрямую об этом нигде не сказано, и мы были очень удивлены, что 90% отдыхающих - это семьи с маленькими детьми.

Не очень понравилась уборка в номере. Показалось, что у сотрудников нет единого регламента по минимальным задачам. В половине случаев не выбрасывали мусор из чайной зоны, не протирали столы. В начале отпуска приносили больше предметов, чем в конце (3 бутылки воды вместо 4, 0 халатов вместо хотя бы 2 и тд). Бывало, что про уборку забывали. Однажды пришли подготовить комнату ко сну уже после 22, когда спали не только дети, но и взрослые. Короче, минус не особо критичный, но есть куда расти.

Belle Mare heaven

Everything, this hotel takes food and service to another level. Just dont know how ill ever be satisfied at another hotel. The beach is kept prestine, the pool is perfect but the food and service is what puts this Hotel in another galaxy. The buffet dinner looks like something out of a fine dining master class. The pastries need to be preserved in a museum. Fantastic, hopefully will be visiting again soon.

Yeah apart from Yogesh at the Amari restaurant, nothing really much. Rooms are humid, couldn't sleep. This place is very instagrammable but not worth visiting if you want a peaceful getaway

Une expérience unique, Lux Belle Mare a transformé notre voyage !

Un véritable havre de paix, rien n est laissé au hasard, que ce soit côté décoration, et architecture ou bien gastronomie, tout est vraiment délicieux. Sans oublier le personnel qui est aux petits soins pour nous. La plage est d’une beauté à couper le souffle ! Le SPA est très beau aussi et les massages divins ! La salle de sport est très complète également. La délicate attention à notre arrivée ns a bcp touchée C était notre première expérience Lux, on y retournera c est certain.

Memorable stay at Lux and a great time in Mauritius

This place is really great. Pool is big and not too deep so that kids are safe swimming there. The beach is very smooth and not rocky making swimming there a blast. The facility is well equipped with almost everything. Food is very delicious and available almost at all times. Staff is friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Hema, Wardah, Kaleem, the lady at the concierge (unfortunately I forgot her name) and the staff at the spa for making this a unique experience. We really had a great time at Lux Belle Mare.

The room is our least favorite part of the whole experience. We needed air conditioning at night but it was too cold. The hotel maintenance group had it fixed later on. We had our two kids with us and the sofa/beds were a bit tough and not very comfortable.

Endroit calme et idyllique, pour se reposer en famille.

L'hôtel est situé sur le plus bel endroit de la côte est à 10 km à la ronde. L'endroit est beau, calme et agréable. La piscine et la mer en pente douce sont parfaitement adaptées aux enfants, même les plus petits. Le personnel est globalement très attentionné et serviable. Les restaurants sont également très bons (bien qu'assez, voire trop chers). Mention spécial à la case nautique qui permet un certain nombre d'activités nautiques incluses avec la chambre (dériveur, hobby cat, paddle, ski nautique, pédalo, kayak, etc.....).

En choisissant cet endroit un peu excentré, difficile d'envisager une visite de l'île (compter 45 min pour aller au Jardins Pamplemousse). Grief principal : le prix des boisons et surtout des restaurants. A midi, 55 €/personne pour un buffet, c'est trop cher, même dans un hôtel de ce standing. Vu l'emplacement, il est compliqué d'aller manger ailleurs.

Hôtel pour se reposer

Très bel hôtel, confortable, belle piscine et plage privée avec toujours des transats. Le petit déj est très bon avec beaucoup de choix. La literie est très bien. Les chambres sont bien isolées. Personnel très accueillant.

Si vous n'avez pas pris la demi-pension, le coût du buffet revient à 100 euros par personne ce qui est beaucoup trop pour un buffet (préférez manger à l'extérieur ou éventuellement dans les restaurants à la carte). De manière générale tout est payant et un peu trop cher. L'hôtel est un peu isolé.

Très insatisfait Restauration / rien à dire hébergement

L’hébergement rien à dire tout est parfait !!!!

La Restauration ! Pas du tout à la hauteur d’un établissement se disant Lux Buffet : aucun produit noble , extrêmement simple le produits sont préparés de forme différentes mais absolument pas au niveau d’un établissement comme le lux Prix du Buffet environ 110 euro astronomique par rapport aux produits servis !!! Ça vaut tout juste 50 euro /personne Petit déjeuner 60 euro incroyable mais vrai pas plus correct que le buffet du dîner. 30 euro serait le Juste prix ….. Point positif l’hébergement qui rattrape beaucoup la restauration au prix extrêmement excessif …,. Service en chambre ( uniquement ) parfait !!!! Je recommanderais pas cet établissement uniquement pour la Restauration absolument pas en adéquation avec le prix excessif !!!!!

Incredible holiday stay

The staff were so helpful and kind. This was consistent across, there isn’t a single person we came across that was different. Thank you to everyone at Grand Gaube for making our stay so very memorable. I would also like to send a heartfelt thank you to Mr Mario and Anasia. Mr Mario lead with heart and took immediate liking to my two little boys. He made a wooden pen for my eldest and a boat for my little Thori, we also made a dodo from old slippers. I’ve never experienced such kindness, Mauritian people are the best. I would recommend the resort again and again. I look foreward to going back and creating wonderful memories with my family again.

The best stay ever!

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot and Mauritius has been on my list for some time now. Lux Belle Mare has amazing service, food and facilities. It smells amazing and everyone is friendly and helpful.
