Sergio was an incredible host doing his best to make us feel at home. Also, helps us indicating restaurants and helping us with an unexpected transfer to Montevideo

very nice hotel in good location across from the beach. our room was upgraded which was very nice. Sergio was pleasant and helpful.
we thought the breakfast was a little poor. would have expected some form of cooked breakfast at this calibre hotel.

Location -- right on the beach and a comfortable walk into Jose Ignacio and La Huela (great restaurant! great people watching!).
Staff -- loved the welcoming committee of property staff, hanging out and drinking mate. A very friendly experience.
Pool -- very nice and clean and great little cabana's for sun protection.
Restaurant -- Have Max make you pizza, and enjoy his breakfast. He makes everything himself and everything is delicious!
Some maintenance could be improved. The door handle to our room fell off and had to deal with that, which resulted in a fix, but the fix didn't stick, so it had to be re-fixed. They did fix it, so it was fine, just not really what I wanted to be dealing with, the room unlockable and not able to leave while it was being fixed.
I also think it is at a premium price, but not sure pricing around the area so it could be exactly in line.

Casa Suaya was an amazing surprise. Firstly because the location is excellent, close enough to José Ignácio’s downtown, and “far” enough to feel “disconnected”. The facilities and the room are also awesome and the best of it was the efficient and very amicable presence of Sérgio and Santiago, who make the stay even more comfortable. I wish I come back soon.
3.5 / 5.0
Tha staff was extremely nice, Santiago and Andrea were always available and ready to help. Upon our arrival we got free upgrade to the best room of the resort with amazing views. The outside area was very peaceful and perfect for a family weekend getaway.
The room was supposed to be the best one in the resort. Althoug it was very spacious, the decor and facilities are outdated. With little effort it could become much cozier and comfortable space. The bed sheets were washed with very perfumed detergent which was not rather annoying to sleep in. I had to wash all our clothes at home to get that scent off.

We were welcomed by Sergio very warmly. Considering the Covid-19 situation, this property is ideal for people looking for a nice retreat, quiet and not crowded at all.
The green area and proximity to the beach as well as top culinary venues make it a very attractive destination for both domestic tourists as well as international ones.
Another highlight: pet friendly property.
The only improvement I’d suggest is adding some toiletries in the bathroom and a coffee machine in the kitchen.
4.5 / 5.0
The property exceeded my expectations, with kindness from staff, great installations, and very good breakfast.
Maybe they can improve a little bit the cleaning of the rooms.
