Absolutely nothing.
The pictures on the booking site are too good to be true, when we got to the hotel i was immediately shocked with the smell of dust in the air + an entire groups pf organized trips is sleeping there (feels like a mall)
The hotel is super old and by first glance i saw that the value for money is horrible. The walls are crumbling and the carpet smells like dust (throughout the hotel)
When we got the room (which takes two different elevators) the room was old, with a smelly old green carpet, with this it had a 20 inch tv from the 90s..
In the room the walls were crumbling.
After going to the reception and explaining them the situation with the smell and the dust i got offered to pay more (50CHF) and move to a room without carpet. Lucky me!
The “spa”: the hotel does not have a spa!
Instead they send tourists to go to a public spa down the road.
All in all it was a horrible experience, The room, the cleanliness, and the price.

FUJAM DESSE HOTEL.

Great location friendly staff
Great restaurant with French food
A lot of choice on the breakfast buffet most beautiful room with tub
I was quite happy with everything. It would have been maybe nice to have a real room service and also café open the whole day

This hotel was scary and terrible. Everything was so, so old and only walking in room and sounds of old furniture were like from horror movie. Hotel was empty, but they still gave us terrible room in front of some weird man, who was living there in dirty and always open room. We left one night earlier, but they charged us for all nights (yes, we reservated 3 nights and left after second - I can understand it, but hotel was empty). On breakfast there were old things (old salads, joghurts 5 days after expiration!!). In everything (only without location) this was our worst hotel experience.

The staff was super friendly, breakfast was great and the location inside st moritz. The bed was super comfy.
Keep in mind that some of the rooms are in the back of the hotel, which is old and not renovated, the rooms are still nice, the hallways not at all.

Lovely historic hotel with well refurbished rooms.
Great breakfast.
Cold room, no blankets available, had to be requested.
A bit off the city center.

Location, quiet, super breakfest, spacious room

A superb, funky Victorian-era building, beautifully restored with many internal architectural features including an atrium, Victorian ironwork and a theatre. A modern spa with swimming pool opposite the hotel. Varied restaurants nearby including multi-ethnic restaurants in nearby Hotel Laudinella. Excellent and frequent shuttle service between the hotel and railway station. Friendly and very helpful reception staff. Excellent restaurant for breakfast.

Fantasic breakfast choice! Buffet staff super friendly and efficient. Better than any five star hotel in Switzerland.
One front office staff did not speak one word of German, French, Chinese or Thai. He ran for the boss, not realising my English was better than his!

Staffs are helpful. The hotel is next to the bus station of St. Moritz Bad Helland which is easy to get on the bus no. 1 & 6 to the Corvatsch ski resort. It's about 5mins walk to the St. Moritz Bad where you can find good resturants and Coop supermarket.
My room was at 4/F which is a bit old and the size of the twins beds is too small.

Our third stay at Reine Victoria - I love it even more now, after its renovation. Perfect hotel for a family with young children. Huge family rooms, lovely Kids Club, free access to Ovavera Spa next door, amazing canteen at the Spa with very reasonable prices for Switzerland, great food delivery from a number of different restaurants, great breakfast.

The size of the room was great for us and our room had a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the service provided by all the staff in the hotel. The swimming pool and spa facilities were also amazing!
The beds were comfortable, but I particularly didn't like the pillows very much. That's the only negative thing I can think about it. Everything else was perfect.
