It was a great little stay.

Great facilities close to everything we were doing in Bundaberg

Had to open door when making toast as I like my toast well cooked…. Only joking I set of smoke detectors all the time when I forget to cancel the toaster plus a small room you can’t help it. Everything was good.

Perfect hotel and staff, close to the airport.

the service of the staff was perfect, I had a booking for Lay Elliot Island, I had to reconfirm my flight was hard to do but these guys did it !! TOP They had also some suggestions for restaurants, spot on TOP

Close to all amenities.

The apartment was generous in size, lovely size pool, close to the beach, shops and city centre. The staff seemed happy and friendly. The apartment grounds where tidy and clean. Pretty good value for money.

Apartment definitely needs a vaccum cleaner as it's 99% carpet and it's very hard to keep clean with kids. The receptionist did vaccum the apartment for us when I asked though which was nice. Unfortunately had a some cleaning issues, under the couch cushions there was old food and very dirty I only noticed because my kids picked up the couch cushion, carpet was dirty full of sand when I swept it definitely wasn't from us as we hadn't even been near a beach yet. Found a few nail cuttings on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Overall just not 100% clean!!

Exceptional place, except for : turned the light off on us

When we first checked in the ladies were lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and the garden/outdoors area was beautiful. I was delighted to be greeted by a cute little kitten when I sat outside

We were sitting in the designated outside tables at 8:30pm when one of the staff came and literally turned off the lights on us while we were sat in the seating area and said goodnight to us and walked off, leaving us in the dark which I felt was very rude and it made us feel unwelcome. If not for this incident this place would have been absolutely perfect. There was also no indication of a "bedtime" or "lights out" so this was very surprising

A motel that supplies face washers always rates high with me. Good location central to my activities. Friendly caring staff. Enjoyed the gardens and privacy. Kitchen well equiped. Lounge to use for relaxing time. I was very pleased and well catered for at this venue.

Good

Because of how hot it was it took the box aircon about 3 hrs to cool until dwn. Was very pokey dwn kitchen end when using with 3 other ppl in until. Pool was green. Location was fantastic. Staff were very Loveland friendly.

Friendly and relaxed owners with plenty of courtyard for our dogs to roam (on a lead).

I really appreciated the story of your family and Rex the dinosaur in the room compendium. We have more in common than the colour of our sons hair.

Very welcoming owners happy to go the extra mile for there costumers.

From the first interaction with front of house staff Peter) felt welcome and comfortable, he was happy to show me to my room and where to park up for the night great bloke.

Two Main Doors Owner can Walk in anytime

Our experience was horrible.

Our experience was scary. The owner opened the locked door whilst I was in the shower as they wanted to give us a slice of cake. My sister was in the other room and didn’t even walk over to the door. Seeing them open the lock door. We were modified and being two young girls we placed a chair near the door because we were scared of it them opening the locked door again. The pipes from the shower next door to us were going off and so loud from the shower. There was a horrible sewerage smell drifting through our room. There was no cleaning utilities left for us to clean our dishes. I went to give back my Keys and to complain about our experience as I never do and If I do it is always resolved. The owner was rude and dismissive of my complaint and asked me is there anything else to complain about and I said no then all he said was “okay…bye” not a sorry or anything. I explained how unprofessional opening the door up was especially if we didn’t answer and not even an apology. The worst thing was the shower was near the back door! I never write reviews like this but hate how the owner handled it with me after giving my keys back and how unprofessional he was and not sympathetic or empathic of me and how my sister and I felt.

We will not be staying here again

Hello l sent them an email ahead of time letting them know we were smokers The female owner sent back no drugs how rude I would not recommend staying here as she is very rude and didn't even welcome us when we got there Very unprofessional We have stayed at alot of different places and never had anything like this happen to us I guess some people aren't ment to be hosts Certainly not this lady

comfortable 2 night stay!

we had a really comfy room and bed and great setup for travelling with our doggo’s the gardens were lovely and really made it feel very private.

a little hard to charge devices in the bedroom, rooms are a little dated but nothing bad really
