Den dårlig anmeldelse skyldes der var alt for varmt på værelset og dårlige muligheder for udluftning

Fin central beliggenhed. Morgenmad OK.

Der var nået galt med klimareguleringen på værelserne. Der var ekstremt varmt, og det føltes ubehageligt. De negative svar skyldes, at dette basale forhold ikke fungerede.

Overall, I had excellent impressions of the room and the city as a whole.

Good staff who are looking for a way out of problematic situations. Excellent spacious room, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed, the view from the window is not the most beautiful, planes fly overhead. The rooms are very clean.

Air conditioning didn't work, cleaning staff was too intrusive

No acknowledgement

The staff were mostly friendly

The hotel had a problem with the air conditioner for the whole hotel. This has been going on for 2 weeks, however, at no point did any of the front desk staff acknowledge this. Instead we worked it out because we had a fan setup in our room and then we checked the reviews of the hotel and noticed the problem mentioned for the last two weeks. While we were there the temperatures during the day were around 30 degrees. The fan did not help much at all and we both had trouble sleeping. The location was very close to the main train station and an easy walk to the town centre. But it didn't feel the safest, especially at night.

Kapotte airco bepaalt verblijf in hotel in Luxemburg stad

Het is in principe een mooi hotel op een mooie plaats

De airco in het hotel werkte niet. In eerste instantie werd verteld dat ie er aan gewerkt werd en die dag nog klaar kon zijn (midden zomer). Wij hebben de eerste nacht letterlijk een uur geslapen doordat de temp op de kamer 30 graden was. De tweede dag hoorden we dat het nog een maand! duurt voordat de airco gemaakt wordt. Het personeel heeft van alles gedaan om ons verblijf alsnog prettiger te maken. En veel liever hadden wij een kamer met werkende airco gehad om deze stedentrip.

Locatie was top dichtbij het centrum Ook kon je je auto dichtbij het hotelparkeren Personeel was erg vriendelijk

Helaas was bij ons de airco stuk daardoor erg warm op de kamer en zoals meerdere hotel wel gehorig Vliegtuigroute boven hotel

Great value great location

Excellent location - free bus from airport drops off 1-2 minute walk from hotel. Hotel is then only a 5-10 Minute walk to the old town/bars/sights. It’s also a 2 minute walk to the train station. Very kind staff and easy comfortable stay

If you have to say something, included water bottles would have been nice, but honestly there are so many convenience stores nearby that it’s really not an issue. Great easy stay to see the city

Kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet, rett ved jernbanestasjon, trikk og flere busser.

Frokosten var grei nok men utvalg som må kunne forventes av et hotell. Renslig og romslig rom.

Beliggenheten er sentral men for å komme til hotellet fra trikken, måtte vi gå gjennom en gate med en del narkomane. De plaget ikke oss men det setter en demper på inntrykket.

Gute Lage, tolles Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Frühstück ist sehr gut.Bis auf die Dame, bei der wir den Check in gemacht haben, war das Personell freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise. Einer der zwei Wallboxen war defekt und wir konnten zunächst unser Auto nicht laden, da die zweite Wallbox belegt war. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns zunächst warten lassen und andere Dinge erledigt und wurde dann während unserer Kommunikation wütend und hat uns nicht das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir als Gäste erwünscht sind. Sehr enttäuschend. :-(

Een aangenaam verblijf dat voor herhaling vatbaar is.

Het hotel is vlak bij het centraal station van Luxemburg gelegen, wat voor OV-reizigers efficiënt is. De faciliteiten in het hotel zijn prima. Goede bedden, nette badkamers, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel.

Omdat Luxemburg Airport niet al te ver weg is komen er wel regelmatig vliegtuigen over. Daar is door ons weinig tot geen last van ondervonden.

Nice but dear.

Clean modern room and hotel.

Drinkers/Drunks hanging around nearby. They charge extra for breakfast if you decide in the morning to have breakfast. We went to restaurant at railway station which had a large selection of good quality set breakfast meals.

Good for 1 night of sightseeing

All good, great location

All good for a bed but for more than one night: Chair good for lounging but didn't fit to desk, very uncomfortable. Gym in good shape but weights only to 10 kg and cardios facing the bench is unusual and unusable in my opinion.

A practical stay for a short trip to Luxemburg

- The hotel is quite central and super close to main station. - It had very nice bar and sitting area at the entrance. - The room was very airy and well-decorated, also was very clean. - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Check-in&out were pretty smooth. - The fitness room had everything I needed and proved useful. - For a practical stay to visit Luxemburg for leisure or work, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

- Wi-Fi was unstable most of the time. Couldn't make a video conference in my room. - Although it was spotless clean, the bathroom had a kind of damp smell when we first entered the room. But it quickly went away after we ventilated it for a while. - The building noise in the city was quite disturbing in the morning, although there is nothing the hotel can do for this.
