We recommend City Central Apartments in Wroclaw! Excellent apartments and service!

Everything was organized at the highest level and with facilities for guests. We were taken care of from the moment of booking confirmation and payment until the moment of departure. The Bartosz administrator was always in touch, and we received instructions on time, according to which it was as easy as possible to navigate. The apartment is located in the very center of the historical part of the city, really spacious, clean and cozy. White bed linen, which is very important for us personally. Thank you very much! A nice bonus was the offer of a discount for subsequent bookings. We recommend City Central Apartments in Wroclaw! Excellent apartments and service! In the future, we will be happy to continue our cooperation with City Central Apartments Wrocław, because they really appreciate their guests and take care of them, providing excellent apartments in the heart of this beautiful city, keeping the apartments clean and cozy. Considering the fact that the weather was hot at the time of our stay in Wroclaw, there was not enough air conditioning. I had to keep the windows closed during the day to escape from the heat, and open them at night. Since there is a hookah cafe nearby, it was noisy enough until the morning and it was not possible to relax with the windows open at night for any of the three nights. But, if you don't have a family vacation and you yourself are ready to walk all night long, then this is not a hindrance at all, on the contrary :).

DISGUSTING, FILTHY PLACE! BE AWARE!

Nothing at all about this place. It should be BANNED from booking.com someone should put an end to misery of clients that had to deal with this place

SCAM! FRAUD! DONT WASTE YOUR BREATH. We’ve been robbed by the hotel and booking com clearly cannot sort it out and get our money back. Lack of any kind of professionalism or customer service skills. already waste over a month to get my money back which was stolen by the hotel. Totally disgusted WILL NEVER BOOK OR TRUST BOOKING COM EVER AGAIN

Great location if you want to be in the center.

Bad smell in the bathroom, the balcony is in a pretty bad state, it gets noisy as it's right in the center, the backyard where you enter the house looks quite dodgy

Disappointing

Location was nice. Apartment was clean.

Lots of things. Firstly they didn’t send me outside door lock, l lost lots if energy. At home they had wifi but they didn’t write password anywhere, l write to the reception they gave me wrong password and one day they didn’t write correct one. kitchen equipment was so poor, they was cooker but no lighter. And of course deposit, they are blocking 300 zlot deposits instead of rental money. Bathroom was disaster they was no door of jakuzi, and everywhere was water after shower. after shower 2 hours l cleaned the water. Sink was smelly and full. They had hair drier but it was not working.

Location was splendid, although not at all the one you assume from the photos of the view. Apt was spacey enough with functioning basic facilities, enough storage space and very comfortable

Check-in extremely complicated with multiple steps, if you're a tourist and can't call inside Poland you're done... Every time I wrote the hotel they sent me automatic messages instead of actually reading my queries. The shower water wouldn't heat

WiFi password wasn't available and host hasn't provided one in spite of the complaints. Many people take a leak in front of the balcony TOWELS ARE NOT AVAILABLE and have to be collected from another building for extra fee.

not the most comfortable place for 5, but a great location for walking to all the sites!

great location except for the crowds walking to/from the film festival venue across the street. probably not as noisy under normal circumstances. Reception staff communicated/responded quickly to questions via text/email.

Definitely not a unit for 5 people. Single beds were rock hard. Apartment was very very hot and fans were only available at a cost. Although not a huge cost, when you add two fans and towels to the cost of the place itself, it was not the great value we aimed for. Upkeep of facilities (like bathroom, faucets, wall plugs and some kitchen items) is not the greatest

appart ok clean when we finaly found it

Taxi dropped us of were we couldn;t find and said that was were he had been instructed, it then took us 90 mins to find a back street to our appart door with the help of to teenage local girls. very bad instructions

Wroclaw is a splendid city, but never again with Cetntral Apartments

Location itself is excellent, while the street is noisy with repair works all day long,

I prefer human contact with the landlords. I hated the necessity to follow all this written instructions, sent by numberless e-mails and stupidly report by SMS when I am in and out. There is plenty small broken staff in the room, including window lock. Furniture and belongings are cheapest possible, bathroom is a mess. Why do they take money as a pledge for two weeks, not for two years, by the way? They presume their guests are liars and cheaters? I'm not. Overall impression: they bother about themselves not about clients,

There were many cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets close to the apartment. Also, the tram and buses were close.

Apartment on the fourth floor with no elevator. Sometimes the streets around the building are noisy late at night.

Very shabby, equipment past its lifetime. Holes in flooring. Smelly staircase. Fan did nor work, very hot inside, with windows open very noisy and impossible to sleep.

A very relaxing time in a great location.

The location is excellent - a 5-minute walk from the Rynek, and just behind the church with the Penitent Bridge, one of the best views in Wroclaw. The apartment has most things including a really nice shower, though a microwave in the kitchen would be useful. When I had problems with the internet, they were fixed quickly.

It wasn't clear that you needed to pay a 300PLN deposit until a couple of days before I arrived, which meant that arriving was more of a faff than it should have been as I had to go to the office to do this before I could get the keys. If I'd known this earlier, it would have been easier - I don't remember seeing it mentioned anywhere on this site, though I might have missed it.
