Excellent accommodation grate stuff

Everything was just perfect! Starting with the fact that the room was clean and has a very nice view of the sea and the beach. Also the room was very nicely decorated with a lot of attention to details. This is for sure not a 3 star hotel in fact it has all that he needs for a 4 star hotel. The beach beads were reserved for the guests of the property and the staff was super friendly. The restaurant has great food. Also there is private parking. Even though Nikiti is crowded, the property is placed perfectly in a quiet area. We would for sure love to come back.

There is nothing that we did not liked. Everything was just perfect.

excellent stay for the price, top tier location, excellent beach, friendly staff

the location was so nice, it was close to various restaurant by walk. the beach is directly at the front of the hotel, plenty of sunbeds available for hotel customers at the end of may. the breakfast was open buffet, the options avilable were enough and satifying, everything was tasty. i especially recommend the dishes at the beach restaurant, very delicious fries and fried zucchini. nice vegetarian options were also included in the menu. our room was for 3 people, and it was quite large with a fitted kitchen. the balcony had a view of sea. the road in front of the hotel is not disturbing or noisy given we visited the hotel at the end of may. one negative side is the double bed at our room was quite small but comfortable. the daily cleaning was superb with fresh sheets and towels provided every time we requested. even the supplementaries such as shampoo, soap were of quality. the reception service and the staff were all friendly and helpful for all of our concerns and questions. thank you!

Kind hosts, good breakfast.

Location isn't really seafront. You can technically *see* the sea from some of the rooms, but it's several minutes walk along a busy road (with no sidewalks) to any water.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt mit tollen Gastgebern

Den guten Bewertungen können wir absolut nachvollziehen, es hat alles gepasst. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern, die Lage direkt am traumhaften Strand ist genial. Ausserhalb der Saison ist es sehr ruhig auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel, vor allem nachts, in der Hauptsaison ist das sicher nicht der Fall. Das Frühstück war super, Die Gastgeber waren immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hello guys, everything was perfect, except the shower wasn't working perfectly and the water by the mirror is not completely draining. It definitely needs a bit of fixing but all in all it was great. Thank you!

Exceptional

Anna at the reception was extremely welcoming! She did everything we asked for. Great cervices and very good recommendations about restaurants in the area. The hotel iat the hotel is really a gem! Excellent. food for very reasonable price .If I return to Nikiti I would return only to Assano Luxury Resort! Unforgettable vocation!

I definitely recommend Assano Seafront Luxury, absolutely amazing. Many thanks to the lovely and helpful staff that made our stay perfect. 😊 Everything was great! Very spacious, clean and comfortable room; nice breakfast and lovely upfront beach with benefits for guests. 😊

A really nice hotel

The room was spacious with very comfortable bed and big bathroom. There is a coffee machine with capsules you can use. The hotel is near but not in the noisy area of Nikiti. The breakfast is really good and its a pleasure to have it in the restaurant of the hotel.

The room could have been cleaned better.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean, balcony had a great view. Convenient location to enjoy the beach and stay close to restaurants and promenade.

Breakfast needs some improvement. Possible to reserve sunbeds but beach part was a bit chaotic since it’s not exclusive to hotel guests. If you have kids, it potentially won’t bother you but of you are looking for some peaceful beach time, this is not the hotel for you.

Excellent stay in a well appointed and furnished room

Very clean and well appointed with great views. Could have stayed longer. One of the blinds was not working, but the owner fixed it when asked so our 2nd night was perfect. Also made us an earlier breakfast as we had to leave early. Friendly staff.

Beach time in Oct

The hotel is 2 steps away from the beach, with a great laid back vibes, there are plenty of restaurants within a very short walking distance, the room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. We especially liked the hotel personnel, which was always extremely friendly and helpful. Aaand we learned that early Oct in Nikiti has a great potential of being amazing :)

Not a lot to mention...the sink drain was a bit slow...and that's it! :)

It was okay for our 2 day stay.

The room was clean, comfortable and right in front of the beach. The included breakfast was good too. Mosquito nets were included in the apartment and are always a great thing to have in Greece. Should have been a must for all the hotels and rental rooms around the country.

We were 3 people and wanted a separate space for each of us. As we have booked the Ground floor apartment (it doesn't appear anymore in the selections of the property for some reason) the description was saying that we have booked 2 separate bedrooms + 1 living room, while upon arrival there was only 1 bedroom and a living room, so two of us had to stay in the same bedroom. Not the end of the world, but would definitely recommend future visitors to confirm the details via email before proceed with a booking. It also was looking much better in the pictures, from what we ended up getting. Booking.com has given us a discount of around 80 euros for this reservation (that was not because of the wrong description), so it was still a good deal, judging as money for value, although not 100% sure if would stay there again, especially if needed to pay the full amount. The village was pretty dead, as we went there at the end of September. Check for an alternative location, making sure that it will be busy, if you're travelling during non-season period.
