Very quiet, peaceful and light-filled. Nice big wardrobe; good-sized fridge. Electric kettle and cups & saucers, spoons.
Fantastic breeze arises every afternoon and lasts 5-6 hours, so it's perfect to sit on the little veranda and enjoy reading or writing. It's on a side street with almost no traffic, so no noise. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance. OK Internet, only dropped occasionally.
No garden; no beach. Yes, some nice shrubbery in front of the bungalow. Yes, a little sand visible at low tide at Queen's Park, 1 km away, but the real beach, Hua Hin Beach, was over 3 km away.
No knife & fork; no plates.
No nearby laundry service, although you could pay to use the owner's machine if you could figure it out.
Not near the center of town. Located off a very busy street with nothing interesting on it (car vendors & warehouses).
Not wheelchair accessible.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect, specially for it's price. Nooni gave us all needed support and was super helpful. He answered all the question prior to the arrival and picked us up from the bus station. The cleaning lady does amazing job. The place is very peaceful and charming. We absolutely loved the design of the room!
It's bit far from everything. As we are not driving ourselves it was a challenge. But we still will consider to come back as the service is overtaking the minuses of the location.
