Very friendly staff. Big garden. Dog are really welcome. Safe parking area. Good variety for breakfast. I recommend for one night.

It is a very quiet location with ample parking. We were looking for a place to stay off the motorway as we had just gotten off a Tran-Atlantic flight. It was perfect. The staff were very helpful, breakfast very good (eat the regional chocolate cake for breakfast!) and they directed us to an excellent restaurant in the city. I highly recommend.

The place is conveniently situated right at the edge of the city, not far away from the centre. It offers a small swimming pool with sunbeds to lie around in a nice garden. The owner, Eleanor, is very friendly, talkative and ready to help you. For example she rented us bikes and booked us a diner in a lovely restaurant. She loves her native town and is able to recommend you places to see. We also obtained a nice welcome present from her.
We stayed in the building with another apartment above us and the ceiling was quite thin so we could hear everything. The breakfast was served in the main building but sadly some of the pastries were far from being fresh as they were kept in the room unnoticed for probably more then one day. However the hospitality of the owner made up for it.
