Great hotel in good central location.

Great staff. Very considerate. Comfortable room.

Because of the poor internet, I probably will not choose the hotel again.

Very good and comfortable mattress on the bed which was very important for me.

The very big downside for me was the poor internet. I need the internet to work and during my visit, I lost some money because I couldn't use the stock exchange.

Stay if you can get a good price.

Good location, with valet, rooftop bar/restaurant, and a pool with bar too. The beds/bedding was very comfortable. Nice fast elevators and decent A/C. Traditional style breakfast.

Dinner was ok, not the best, better to find a local place for food.

النظافه تنوع الأكل مراعاه الضيف الذين لا يأكل لأسباب صحية ويريد شرب معين او اكل معين تسلم الغرفه ابكر للأشخاص المصابين بمرض او باعاقه معينه

اولاً شكر خاص لراعي الابتسامه العريضه الاخ بلال في قسم الأمن ، رجل يستحق حتى التكريم من قبل الفندق . وللامانه فندق نظيف

مرونة ولباقة الموظفين سواء الامن في الدخول او موظفين او موظفات الاستقبال

حجزي كان يومين مع شرفه ، أعطوني اليوم الاول بدون شرفه واليوم الثاني بشرفه ، مع العلم ان حجزي في اليومين كلها كان بشرفه . اتمنى تعويضي في الاقامه القادمه والاهتمام في هذا الجانب ولكم كل الاحترام والتقدير .

Memorable experience

The warm welcome! The attention to detail and if we are being comfortable! It was superb! Front desk staff are all friendly and the manger was making sure that everything was up to the standards! House keeping gave us all we needed i just i remembered the names!

The room was large and clean, there were international TV channels. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool and the rooftop bar is excellent with view of Aqaba and the sea. Free bus shuttle to Berenice beach stops in front of the hotel.

Love Aqaba, Double tree is excellent value for money if all facilities are open as described .

Location is very central. Desk staff very polite. Doormen were excellent arranging taxis and carrying luggage etc and very helpfull on where to go and what to see whuile in Aqaba

Spa was closed and this was not communicated on website or during booking confirmation.

We had a fabulous time and were well looked after, would recommend.

Very spacious and welcoming. The staff were very hospitable and dealt with our luggage for our flight even though our flight was several hours after we had stayed the night there. The facilities were great: including the gym, pool, and snooker room. The breakfast buffet was also superb.

The gym facilities whilst good were slightly limited and it was inconvenient that the snooker room/bar wasn’t open in the morning.

Room, breakfast, sitting areas inside as well as on the roof (we did not use the pool) were very good! The only thing was that the shower pressure in the bathroom was a bit too strong for the drainage to cope with. But once you put the pressure down, it all works perfectly well. Apart from that all was great.

The on-site dining options impress with a diverse range of culinary delights, catering to various palates. The hotel's prime location along the Red Sea ensures breathtaking vistas, especially from the rooftop area, providing a perfect spot to unwind. With attentive staff, excellent facilities, and a strategic location, DoubleTree by Hilton Aqaba emerges as a top choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in this vibrant coastal city. The only thing that I did not like was the internal air conditioning of the rooms, as it was cold during the night and in the winter time, even though during the day it was heating, which is something that I cannot accept as a guest in a five-star hotel. Another minor note is the cleanliness of the external glass facade, as it needs more attention. Finally, I have a proposal since the hotel is currently under maintenance and development work ... take into consideration the possibility of creating a heated pool. Overall, the experience deserves a 8 star score ranking.

The only thing that I did not like was the internal air conditioning of the rooms, as it was cold during the night and in the winter time, even though during the day it was heating, which is something that I cannot accept as a guest in a five-star hotel. Another minor note is the cleanliness of the external glass facade, as it needs more attention.

Gret location, really recommended.

Great breakfast, mazing location and friendly staff. The roof top bar was a very good as well.
