Estafa.

Ubicación.

Engañan al cliente diciendo que el parking (gratuito) estará disponible a partir de 31-Oct-24 y es mentira. Hay que aparcarlo en parking público (10 €/24 h) que para regresar el coche a por el equipaje hay que recorrer 1.9 Km según navegador. Formulamos Hoja de Reclamaciones antes de abandonar el hotel. Desayuno pésimo y paupérrimo.

Totalmente recomendable. Sin dudarlo. Junto al centro histórico de Braga.

Buenísima ubicación. A un minuto del centro histórico de Braga. Tiene unas plazas de aparcamiento gratis justo delante de hotel. Si no hay sitio, muy cerca hay un parking de pago. La habitación que nos dieron , excelente. Amplia y con un buen baño. Toda exterior. Muy buen aire acondicionado. El desayuno correcto. Lo teníamos incluido. Hay una cafetería/pub que está abierta hasta la 01:00 h. La chica que nos atendió en recepción, todo amabilidad y sin problema para recomendarnos los mejores sitios.

No tengo ninguna queja.

Hotel encantador

Gostamos de tudo: funcionários muito atenciosos, localização perfeita, quarto e banheiros muito bons, café da manhã excelente. Indicamos com certeza.

Não chega a ser um problema mas o hotel só tem 6 vagas para estacionar em frente . Na rua é muito difícil vaga. O hotel tem convênio com um estacionamento pago de 10 euros, pertinho na ida, mas para retornar ao hotel com o carro, precisa dar uma volta grande e o trânsito da cidade é complicado. Usamos os dois locais.

Bel emplacement central de l hôtel, avec une place de parking privé,libre juste devant Hôtel calme lumineux visites à pied, ou en transports en commun bien organisés Excellent accueil, bien que nous soyons arrivés tard bons petits déjeuners Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Puente de Mayo en Braga

La Ubicacion era buena. Desayuno para el tipo de hotel, un poco escaso, pero esta bien

"El Alojamiento". La cama de matrimonio. como todas segun dijeron, era pequeña e incomoda. Muy baja, no se esta agusto y no se descansa. La habitación es fria en cuanto a mobiliario y decoracion. Los muebles antiguos, de poca calidad. El baño, sin repìsa para poner articulos de limpieza y se nota la adaptacion de bañera a plato de ducha. Falta sellado, los grifos estan sin modificar encontrandose bajos, las llagas sucias, negras y en general con falta de mantenimiento y no muy limpio. La habitación en general deja que desear, con lo que hace sentirte con una sensación incomoda. Solo existen 4 plazas de aparcamiento mas una de minusvalia a disposición del hotel, con lo que se hace dificil aparcar, pero cuenta con un convenio en un parking cercano a 10€ diarios. El Parking cuenta con un conserge, quien nos quizo apretar con que decidieramos los dias a aparcar o se aplicaban otras tarifas, cuando no era cierto. Me queje en el hotel y lo solucionaron.

Great location, would stay again.

The location was excellent. Even though it was in city center it was still quiet. Our room was clean, we had enough towels, and there were enough blankets in the room.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Little to criticise frankly, no secure parking for a motorbike but I was able to park right outside the 24hr desk and had no problem.

A wonderful small boutique hotel in a wonderful city!

Location was perfect — an extremely quiet spot yet less than a block in any direction to major sites. Super clean, comfortable and quiet room. Professional, helpful & friendly staff. Excellent, fresh and extensive buffet breakfast selections.

Nice hotel, centrally located, good value.

I stayed here in 2022 and enjoyed it. The location is very convenient. This hotel is good value for the money. I had a spacious room with two beds even though I was only one. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and recently renovated. There is a modern shower stall. The controls were somewhat inconveniently located. It is amazing that designers can’t come up with better simpler and easier to use showerheads and shower controls. Warning: The floor of the shower stall is very slippery. There is a small bit of mat on the floor and I suggest you use it. There is a typical buffet breakfast to get you started.

I stayed here in November 2021. We chose this hotel again because of it’s location, comfort and friendly staff. Pedro is great. He gave us great tips for visiting Braga and also for restaurants. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so welcoming and comfortable.

Poor WiFi. Parking place near hotel is just for few cars, which is not enough. Have to use paid parking.

We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable. We would recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were very helpful when we asked them questions. When we needed laundry service, the staff offered various helpful options. After we feedback that we felt cold in the room, they immediately arranged an additional portable heater in our room to make us warm and comfortable. Hot water was consistently hot so showers were enjoyable. Breakfast was good and the kitchen and cleaning staff were polite and friendly when we met them. The location was great as it was close to food, attractions and shopping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

In the room to which we were originally assigned, the heat did not work. In the second room it did. My computer could not connect to the internet.
