Wonderful cabin with superb view. Really clean, comfortable and authentic in a great location.
Cooking facility is a little basic

The cabin was lovely and very clean.
The location of our cabin was between a walkway down to a small pier and to other rooms. This meant there were people walking past at all hours. Also the restaurant looked into our living area (across the path). We didn't feel we had the privacy we expected.

Very nice location with view on the docks and the fjord

great location!
We booked our stay at Reine Rorbuer based on the pictures listed in the posting which included a double bed - a table with two chairs and a kitchenette all on one floor. we were disappointed to be put in a two floored extremely narrow cabin with a ladder to loft to two single boxes to sleep in. The place is so small it is not possible to relax in the cabin. The kitchenette and bathroom are in a basement hallway and the upstairs room is so small and narrow there is not a proper table with a place to sit - and only one tiny love seat under an angled roof. We expected decent accommodation after paying 67900kr for two nights and not a much inferior cabin end. To top it off the one tiny window did not even have black out blinds or curtains which is standard for all hotels in northern Norway (incl with those that are much cheaper). This was the most expensive place we stayed in lofoten - about double the price and the worst.

Rorbuer is closed to sea and beautiful scene all around. There are both gas station and glocery store nearby. Worth for money

Rustic accomodation in a Rorbuer and had laundry facilities in the resort
Limited availability to have a meal and very expensive. Easter is not a good time to visit everything is shut

great staff, awesome location, good breakfast
if the wind is very harsh, the cabin might be a little drafty

The stay was amazing! The views were beautiful and the cabin exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend. Hiking Reinebringen was very close to the Rorbu. Restaurant was very good. Got the Crab for two!

great location
very expensive for what you get.

Location was the best and service very friendly. Room was as in the hotel pictures and very clean. We did not take the breakfast as we had our own food still left but had a morning coffee at the nearby cafe which was really nice with a mountain view.
If you don't like the smell of smoked fish you might not want to hang around outside the hotel. The smell however did no come inside the rooms. An you have to note this is a fishing village after all.

Each Rorbuer had a different view some no view some amazing view. I stayed in two different ones the first amazing views, the second not so much.

nice simple cabin. clean. good location. comfortable.
shower door was off the track. we asked for them to fix it but they did not.
I assumed we would have a nice view of the water but from our room we did not. room was also dark.
I expected a bit more from classic hotels of Norway. I thought it would be one of the nicer hotels we stayed in during our 10 day trip but felt it was not a great value.

It was a wonderful stay. The hut is very cosy and the furniture was very nice. I loved the atmosphere in the house. There was everything you needed and the restaurant nearby was very good. The Reinebringen hiking trail ist not far.

very central location in Reine
We had some sort of large wild animal living INSIDE our cabin attic. We heard heavy animal footsteps throughout the night, and the next day we found fresh animal feces inside the cabin. they were not rodents, it sounded much heavier and the feces were much larger rodent feces (see pictures attached). We spent ~4500kr for this cabin and we honestly expected better

Liked the view, mountains and Gammelbua restaurant with delicious meals and various activities available e.g. going on a boat trip or kajak
Did not like that I heard almost every sound my neighbours made in the room next to me, I even heard their voices while they were having normal conversation, it disturbed me during my sleep

Great location in Reine and really cool cabin in style of fisherman's huts. Staff terrific and helpful.
4.0
The location of the hotel. The room was nice and quite confortable even with cooking facilities.
We stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned during our stay ; the trash can was full after the second day ....
As everywhere in Lofoten, the room was nevertheless quite overpriced.
4.5
cosy cabin right in the heart of Reine. We had been camping in the wild and at simple campsites for the week and half before we stayed here, it was a last minute decision to book here as one of us was sick and required a few more creature comforts than what a tent offers. So it felt quite luxurious! Having our own little kitchenette was wonderful, bed was large and comfortable and excellent water pressure in the shower. Staff were super friendly and willing to patiently answer any questions we had.
