Déçu

L'emplacement près du lac du Bourget.

L'absence de sauna pourtant mentionné et mis en avant sur le site. Le peu de place autour de la piscine, le trop petit nombre de transats disponibles, la petite taille du jacuzzi, le manque de rangement pour mettre ses chaussures que l'on doit rentrer dans la piscine. L'absence de chausson pour descendre aux infrastructures, l'eau insuffisamment chaude dans les douches, la surdose de chlore dans l'eau. L'arrivée à 16 heures et le départ le lendemain à 12 heures.

Für eine Nacht ist vollkommen in Ordnung

Wir waren dort nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise und es war vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Hotel ist ziemlich klein, was nicht schlecht ist, sondern sogar gut, weil der Pool, der auch klein und ziemlich einfach ist, nicht überfüllt und Personal nicht überfordert ist. Die Lage ist super, fast direkt am See.

Alles war ok, vielleicht eine Sauna wäre gut))

Le personnels au peut déjeuner, la salle du petit déjeuner, le choix de la nourriture au petit déjeuner, les commodités présentes, le parking gratuit et à proximité

Piscine et spa non praticable car en travaux et de ce faite pas de geste sur la chambre, le prix ( trop élevé)ne correspond pas vraiment au standing de la chambre, bar bien présent mais vide, pas de bloc-note et de stylo dans la chambre alors que c'est indiqué qu'il devait y en avoir. Vraiment une déception.

Déçu de notre premier anniversaire de mariage

La piscine est pleine de moisissure étant enceinte j'ai fais une réaction épidermique après la piscine. La mosaïque du fond de la piscine se décolle et nous a coupé le dessous des pieds. Le peignoir de mon mari était déchiré. Le matelas est trop ferme et bancale mon conjoint est sorti avec un mal de dos.

Très bonne chambre, emplacement nickel.

La pièce ou il se trouve la piscine devrait être rénovée car beaucoup trop salle et un plafond en piteuse état, peut vraiment mieux faire pour un Best Western.

Magnifique, au bord du lac, très silencieux.

Agréable accueil! Bar/restaurant/petit déjeuner superbe. Très propre et silencieux.

L’équipement de la salle de sport très modeste. Partout les distributeurs de désinfectant pour les mains mais vides.

Hotel lack maintenance

Location perfect to enjoy activities around the lake.

It lacks a lot of maintenance. We booked the most expensive suite available for our stay. For example, door stopper has been detached, shower rack has been broken and never replaced. Shower head is faulty, bathtub has chipped corners, swimming pool tiles are coming out. And it lack of personnel to clean the entire pool. Always wet and full of water stains. Many little things are seen as no repairs done. When there is this level of charges things should be perfect. But it seems that there is lack of care to everything in the hotel.

Really pleased with choice of accommodation, perfect for my 4 day cycling trip.

Staff were always helpful, pool was great, breakfast was very varied with lots of options, parking was easy.

An excellent hotel - the one we prefer in Aix les bains

The excellent location. The restaurant in terrace for breakfeast and dinner with the view on the lake and mountains. The staff at the welcome desk.

Lovely apart from how to get there.

The location and ambience was superb.

The address which is clearly wrong. Put it into the SatNav and you end up at a camping site. After a 7 hr drive then going around in circles is not good enough. Phoned up the hotel and it’s a different address!! This needs to be sorted asap!

Breakfast. Room is poorly designed (everything in a corner, so is one person is there, nobody else can be). Seemed to be under-staffed as there was not enough food, nor glasses and cutlery.

Hotel near the lake was superb. Also clean, comfortable and quiet.

Location is good, but unfortunately for the time of year not many cafes or restaurants were open. The hotel restaurant had a very limited menu.

The summing pool area could do with some attention. The showers before going into the pool did not have a button to press for the water. The pool could do with a banister to hold onto in getting and out of the pool. The are looked neglected and could do with a good clean. A shame as the rest of the hotel was great. Restaurant menu limited.

that the gym wasn’t a gym, no weight just a couple of cardio machines and swimming pool had a foul smell with some drainage issues on tile flooring. Sauna was also not working.

Oasis of calm next to Lac du Bourget

Located a short walk from the lake, the setting for the hotel was lovely; green and quiet. We had a room on the second floor with a lovely view of Lac du Bourget and la Dent du Chat. The room was a very comfortable size with lots of storage and a small refrigerator which actually kept things cold. The restaurant on the roof on the hotel was a perfect place to watch sunset. The staff were wonderful and friendly. We were able to store our bikes in a secure store room and there was a nice parking area. I loved that it was a small hotel. We enjoyed swimming in the lake but also enjoyed the swimming pool at the hotel. The breakfast offerings were delicious.

The hotel has a lovely bar on the ground floor but despite having an enticing bar menu it seemed to be poorly stocked. We fancied a digestif after our late night bike ride but it seemed there was no cognac or brandy to be found although the staff was able to rustle a bottle of scotch from the store room. There were several small problems with the fittings in the room; the hand held shower head was too heavy to be used unless one held it, the toilet seat was not fitted properly and the toilet paper holder was loose; we pointed these out to the staff and I am sure they will be remedied shortly.
