We ordered room service which didn't arrive so when we called the reception they said that the restaurant had closed and that the staff had forgotten the order. So when we asked what should we do for dinner they had the audacity to say, and I quote, 'Just go to bed hungry'

Would like to see the free shuttle bus up and running again that went to Discovery ,kuta beach ect for the people that stay at Kuta central .

The breakfast is fine and near to airport Bali, near to beach.

The smell in the room is not good and fresh, the air conditioner (AC) is not work properly, and floor is sticky

bathroom had dirty curtains and grout. I killed 3 cockroaches while in the room swimming pool bar only had one towel left once we went to the pool.

Nothing at all

There were cockroachs in the room, pathetic service. The staff was arrogant and least bothered about customer satisfaction. The worse part however is the staff did nothing about the the cockroachs.

very very cheap to stay and and brilliant value for money

Staff in Bali at all levels are always fantastic

being very cheap to stay at aside the hotel would benefit from updating as the rooms are spacious. This would also increase the nightly cost to stay

I will make sure my expectations will meet before I next book this place.

They are flexible to make an "on the go" breakfast at 4:30 am on the day that I flew out.

Limited lighting of the area, which should be improved.

Nice, big spacious room. Very kind and helpful staff.

Halls are very noisy, lost of students were loud and up till early in the morning.

It's just perfect hotel. Love to stay here

Everything I need is in my room, safety box, hair dryer, fridge. The room is spacious and comfortable, with no noise even though the guests are many. In brief, I love this hotel a lot.

We had a good stay

- Great location - Reasonable price - Friendly staffs - large room - Well maintained room - Fast check out - We didn't like the room at the 1st floor, but they they tried to find a room for us at the 2nd floor, thank you so much - complete standard amenities

- We didn't had our complementary breakfast as we woke up late, what a pity of us - Need to walk a bit far from the lobby into the room - The balcony could be well designed as we couldn't see anything from the balcony at the 2nd floor. It could be an open designed - Found some stains on the duvet cover - Bathroom amenities could be completed with shampoo, as we found no shampoo there

Will not return.

Only like the location as it is very convenient and there is a good laundry service nearby.

The room was definitely not to my expectation as this was our third time staying in this hotel. Our stay before the pandemic were more comfortable. Toilet , curtains and room floors are dirty.. Pool tiles are very slippery and not well maintained. Same goes to the breakfast lounge area..
