Location is very close to the central bus station. We booked for a quadruple room, but they upgraded to a larger family suite. The rooms were spacious with wifi, television (hot connection), AC, sofa, fridge, tea packets, sugar and microwave oven. Toilet was clean with tissue papers, small shampoo tubes and a soap. Towels were provided. They have the locker facility for free of cost, so that even after vacating the room we placed our luggage in the locker. Great.
Nothing.

I liked that it was a true hostel experience. Very close to the main bus station which was really helpful when arriving by public transportation.
It could have been cleaner. The room was mildly musty.

The area outside is comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful.
Sometimes air conditioner blows too strong. But it is a matter of taste.

for being a hostel it was fine, it had a fridge in the room and was adequate for us, we knew it was a hostel that we booked. Many thanks for the great staff that had changed our booking with out a charge and been great throughout. Blessings and see you again hopefully
there wasn't anything really that was bad, simple and good

Clean room, a little cramped but apparently that’s normal for Israel. working AC and always clean bathrooms! the kitchen is in the center and has everything you need. Spacious fridge. Free water from a filter! bathrooms are shared male/female - I really liked that. Supermarkets not far. Spacious outdoors in front of the hostel to hang out and chat.
I would have loved for the staff to quickly show me around and give me a “quick intro” f.e. tell me that there’s free water available from a filter and show me where my room is (was a little harder-ish to find). But minor aspects!

We were staying here as a transition night from Petra, Jordan visit and return to Jerusalem. Location was very near central bus station and easy walk. Due to early departure we were not able to take advantage of common kitchen facilities on site or wonderful bakery not yet open as we passed on the walk to the bus station…smelled wonderful!
Room refrigerator light was rather bright through its glass door. Took a bath towel to cover and block the light.

Good value for price, decent location

The position of the hostel is strategical and there is the essential, especially in the kitchen. The garden outside is cosy. There are closets that can be locked. There is a lamp and a socket for each bed(at least in my room).
The structure of the hostel is uncomfortable as the rooms are distributed in very little space, the furniture is consumed and there are no towels offered. The room is always open, unless you're the last one to leave. No shampoo, no body soap, no hairdryer included.

very close to the city center, bus terminal and the seaside
level of cleanliness wasn’t the best and staff understood very little English and couldn’t help with directions

Clean, friendly, nice kitchen. Close to bus station.
I didn't like having my tablet stolen. I stayed in the dorm and the homeless woman staying in the other bed took my tablet while I was sleeping. Thankfully all my other valuables were in the locker.
I have never stayed in a hostel before where they put locals in the same dorm room as travelers. Nor have I ever had anything stolen from my dorm room. I think it is a bad practice to put locals from the same town as the hostel and travelers in the same dorm, and this is the first time I have ever seen it done.
The locker was big enough for my my small day pack and valuables, but not big enough for my regular pack.
When I reported the incident, management was helpful in finding out who took it, but by then it was time to catch my bus and the chances of getting back were slim.

Location is very good, its near the Eilats citizens center and not the touristic center.
The rooms was very clean, and the staff really helped us even after the check out.
There is a kitchen where you can store food and prepare it if you don't want to buy always junk food.

Very nice staff and 15min walking to city center and the main malls (5min to central bus station, which is very convenient if you need to take the bus to the beaches!). Room and facilities were very clean
The place unfortunately is surrounded by constructions currently and would need some renovations. We had some very loud and disturbing neighbours next door, so did not have the good night sleep we were wishing for

The building and grounds are falling into disrepair.

The staff upon arrival were very kind and accommodating. The room, despiser being 6 beds, was comfortable. The patio and deck were lovely. The location was a nice short stroll to the beach which I loved.
