Nice room of the road. Bed, a/c, space all good. Very nice pool with sunbeds around. Can highly recommend.
Nothing. All good.

pool was nice. location was good
My room didn’t have an outlooking window. only a window facing a concrete wall in the hallway. the hallway was also so loud

Very helpful staff, large bed & large room with good aircon
I had 2 cockroaches in the room- the room seemed clean though so it was probably to do with drainage in the bathroom

I think the overall feelings for this place resides deep inside the adventurer whom is looking for a nice, cheap and clean place to lay low for a few days, without worries about late charge, additional fees etc. I found it amazing, since it lived up to my expectations and the staff was very down to earth (Sabai Sabai = relax).
I did not like the cleaning of the place, mainly due to the lack of remembrance from the staff about the used cloths that somehow attracts hundreds of ants.
It would also be nice if the hotel would fix their sliding doors to the balcony, as the noise from the street simply is overpowering during busy nights.

The staff was real friendly, hotel was clean and convenient.
They have kittens so we were in heaven :)

decent bed, room was overall pretty nice I'd say for the price.
wifi couldn't even load a web page on iPhone, didn't work the entire duration of my stay. ants showed up in my bathroom (presumably through drain) one night, got all over my toothbrush and other toiletries, so had to spend money to buy a new tooth brush. front office was consistently empty, never any staff available to help with any of these things. when I finally told her on my last day she didn't care. Kind of a bummer

Very central and felt nice and safe, good restaurants around and lovely for a 3 day trip!
No natural light from the window but not a problem as we were outside most the time anyway!

The restaurant across the road was very nice and friendly.
There was nothing deluxe about the room. It was on the highway and extremely noisy. The beddin was stained and the mirror was full of black. The bathroom light didn't turn off. The pool picture are false there an no sun loungers there and the pool is tiny. The shower was that bad I didn't even bother trying to wash my hair as it would have taken so long.

It is squeaky clean! And staff is so friendly.
It is not a beach front hotel. But good value for money. Also, the water from the shower doesn't have enough pressure. Maybe it is just the room I get.

We had a nice stay

This place costed us 390 baht per night which is quite cheap and the property was at a great location, close to the beach, we drove there by our own car so we did not have a problem going around. Great place to stay if you want to visit Similan and Surin islands. Fortunately, we had a free upgrade offer and we got upgraded to a triple room with pool view.
The room looked quite old which wasn’t as per the images in booking.com

It was great. The rooms are big. The standard is high. The staff were friendly. Everyday we got new drinking water. The location is near beach and restaurants ...
All things are okay. We only missed the community Kitchen ...

The place is great value for money and it has nice amenities.
We liked that it was close to everything in Khao Lak and about 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The room was big and cleaned every day.
The pool is amazing and we spent a lot of time there. It's partially shaded by palm trees thus great for a dip in the middle of the day to cool off.
Internet was decent and reception strong.

Its a good location and value for money
