Definitely loved the excellent shower (probably The Best shower in Peru)! The water pressure coming through the shower head was nice and strong; the heat of the hot water was consistently hot throughout the time it took to shower, which is rare in our travels.
We liked our room with a private kitchen, which was a very welcomed feature.
We liked the very comfortable bed, which made for a great night's rest. Bed linens and the big plush towels were very clean and white. The blankets seemed clean and were warm.
The breakfast was really good with tea/good coffee, whole fruits, individually wrapped cheese slices, ham-like meat slices, scrambled eggs, bread, butter packets and jelly-jam packets.
The carpet of the room could have been cleaner, and the floors could have used a good sweeping. The location is a goodly distance from the main plaza, which is good for being away from the noise, but not so good to walk along a dusty dirt road to get to town. Being in a mostly residential, rural area, there are not any restaurants, shops or markets in the neighborhood. You don't get an entrance key, so you have to ring the doorbell to be either buzzed in or someone to let you in.

Karl went above and beyond! He helped us book tours, and one night when the loud party was near the property, he changed our room before we even asked. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

The owners are a German and his Peruvian wife. Both were super friendly and helped in organizing tours and transfers. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was great, too.

Absolutely everything. Karl and Stephanie were the most amazing hosts. This stay is just charming. I only wish we had another night or two to really enjoy the little museum they have created. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating, even packing us a scrumptious breakfast when we had to leave really early in the morning. a 10 out of 10, highly highly recommend this stay
I liked everything except only having one night to stay there!

The difficulties to communicate with the hotel. They never answered the phone when we arrived to the city; they said the telephone is not updated so how can customers can communicate with them. It was late and we needed help from them.

Our stay at Ccapac was wonderful! The hosts/owners are very welcoming, kind and helpful with local recommendations. The breakfast was amazing and very nourishing ahead of long treks. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Great location off the beaten path but in close walking distance to the center of Ollantaytambo! Highly recommend staying at Ccapac!

This was one the best rooms I stayed at over a month in Peru. A vaulted ceiling, true king size bed and natural light. The Inca ruins are a short walk away. Secure parking. The common area decor is very interesting.

Everything else! The staff, the breakfast, the quirky decor
Location could be better but it's a small town. It was at the edge a bit. Maybe a 15 min walk to the town square.
