Nice place, even with the issue of no running water, the people of the hotel has been very good all the time of our stay

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of Volos
It is just short car ride from the ferry but has loud barking dogs around at night so could bot sleep well
4.0
Proximity to beach and local restaurants
Terrible wi fi. Staff could be more friendly

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. It was value for money for sure.

The staff, especially in the dining room, are nice. It's fairly inexpensive but then again it is far outside of town. I frankly can't think of anything else.
It looks fine from the outside but the rooms were cold and borderline dilapidated. The radiator works but gives off so little heat that the room doesn't warm--there should be a warning about this. Breakfast was poor and the coffee was worse.

Very helpfull stuff, good and private parking which was very important to me, small but nice room with very good balcony, well heated for this time of the year, overall all good, recomended
The woman which was supposed to clean the room tried to come inside in 10 at the morning without knocking on the door first while I was still sleeping and check out is not till 12, that's my only complain

Good, standard breakfast. Accessible location. Clean and tidy room, open view of the surroundings. Pleasant staff. Easy booking and payment.
Somewhat weak sound isolation of the room

Location was convenient for us. I t was a few minutes drive off our track towards Pelion, and a few minutes walk to the waterside esplanade.
The pool hours were insufficient for us. We would have liked a swim just before bed, and one before breakfast: neither was feasible.

Good breakfast
Very cold water in the pool,
The shower in the room has not had the cabinet the water was splash all over the bathroom.
The bed has not mattress protector . With during the night the bedsheet rolled up and on the end we slept on the mattress.
Not great hygienist!

The hotel offered a good value for money. We were initially worried reading some of the existing reviews, but later we were convinced that there were no reasons. We felt safe in the area. Even if there are many guests and the covered parking spaces are occupied, you can park on the street in front of the hotel. The rooms are OK, good beds, with white, clean, pleasant sheets, changed every 4 days. Cleaning is done well, daily. Next to the pool is a bar where you can have drinks. For those who do not prefer the beach and sea water, the swimming pool is a good option. The sandy beach is accessible on foot, but you can also go by car, you can park in specially designed areas, for free, or on the streets. The water is incredibly clear and calm in the morning, especially between the dikes. The breakfast was ok, with the general necessities: coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, juice, cereal, honey, jam, butter, omelette, poached eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, ham, olives, watermelon, etc. The ladies serving breakfast were very helpful. It is useful to have an electric mosquito swatter.
Suggestions for improvement would be: to grease the door hinges to avoid creaking and to have all kinds of food at breakfast at the starting time. A wider smile on the arrival of the guests from the gentleman at the reception would also have been nice.

Acceptable - kind staff!
If you take a key from the room you can back to the hotel in a hot room because AC was only working when the key was installed in a special box. Moreover, due to the mentioned fact everything in the fridge was also at least warm.

Great location when driving between Thessaloniki and Athens and needing an overnight stay. Super super welcoming and accommodating staff.
Bedsheets were dirty and there was elevator construction that was quite loud but it was alright.

Hotel is in a nice beach town. The staff is friendly, they have parking and they are pet friendly.
It needs an improvment as it’s kind of old. And it is not that clean.
