Séjour très agréable sa a fait du bien à tout le monde

Beau bâtiment La chambre est moderne Les lumières sont à disposition pour pourvoir éteindre toute la chambre Le personnels très agréable Le petit déjeuner est hyper bon

La chambre est un peu petite La douche n’est pas cachée donc ps terrible pour l’intimité quand on a un enfant

What I expect at the price

Good value for money since it was pretty cheap. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Outside area was filthy right in front of the door as was lobby

Breakfast is not good. Staff is very less due to which they are not listening us. Toiletries items is very less in the room.

an employee who was on the night shift was rude and even tried to attack me... I was accompanied by my partner and my 3 children.. a very sad situation on the part of the employee who seems to have been upset that we woke him up.. .

Good ibis budget, friendly staff

Staying here often and it does what it says on the package. I find the staff attitude and welcoming standard good for this type of hotel, usually way above average. Location is good for car travellers. Public transport is not really to be considered to get to office or commercial areas in Luxembourg . Some restaurants around the hotel so you can get a decent meal. Breakfast and rooms normal ibis budget standard. Rooms are clean, some wear and tear but nothing major.

I wish I went to the normal Ibis across the street.

We liked that we had a bed, that’s pretty mich it.

I did not like the limited parking around the hotel. Everything was full. We had to walk quite far to the car. The hotelroom was super weird and felt like you are in a mental facility. Everything was very old. In the morning, we had a fire alarm at around 8 o’clock. It wakes you up I can say. Breakfast was very very limited and it was like they couldn’t keep up with the tiny buffet.

Superb

It had everything we needed and breakfast was a great choice. We got a huge welcome even though it was late at night arrival from the airport. The room was cosy and my daughter loved the top bunk. The room is a good size and there is a TV with mix of channels of different languages. It is quiet even though beside busy roads. I highly recommend to anyone.

While easy to get to by bus in day from airport the taxi was extremely expensive especially late at night far more than what we expected so try public transport.

Too cramped

One of the more reasonably priced in the area. Fine for one night I guess but not if you have family with you.

Room was way too small for 3 people. Couldn't even open my suitcase. Also shower is clear glass in the open room and so my son could see me in the shower from his bunk bed. Frosted glass around the middle part did not help

they do not have a luggage storage. you will have to go to ibis which is next door to store your luggage. Shower room was right next to the bed. can only go alone or with a partner. if you plan to rent a room with your friends, might be awkward to shower.

we arrived at the hotel in Luxembourg around 11:30 PM. We tried to check in with Ferdinand. At first, he told us that it was too late - apparently a joke which was not that funny at such a late hour. After checking in we checked the room and there were black hairs all over the blankets and pillows. So we headed back downstairs to the reception. When we approached him and said that we had a problem he directly interrupted us and told us that there were no other rooms available as the hotel would be fully booked (as we found out today, this was a lie!). Nonetheless, we explained the problem and he sighed and went to the elevator with us. We drove up to the 6th floor (our room was no 609) and he showed us the laundry room. Meanwhile, he told us that he personally would NEVER choose a two stars hotel and basically told us that it was our own fault. Additionally, he said that he wouldn’t be the housekeeping and didn’t feel responsible for anything. Most of the time he seemed angry and annoyed.

Good and comfortable enough

I liked, it was good and enough to me and my family. The breakfast was ok and check out really fast. We had no problems and the desk was nice with us.

WiFi connection was ridiculous for me , most of the time it wasn’t connecting. The Reception staff was not able sort this out. Neither he has more idea to fix it out nor any other staff available to attend this.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful

We paid nearly €100 for room which was so tiny claustrophobic. We had the sink next to the bed inside the room and the shower too. There was no bathroom everything it's inside the room next to the bed 🤣
