Hotel à recommander

Hotel parfait tant pour sa localisation très facile d accès en bus pour Lucerne que pour la chambre. La déco est vintage mais ça reste sympa. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. La vue sur les montagnes est géniale. L accueil et le petit déjeuner sont parfaits.

Easy parking outside and the hotel provided a free travel pass for the bus with a stop just outside the hotel

très bon séjour pour une nuit dans la région de Lucerne

accueil très sympathique et en français, petit-déjeuner très copieux avec beaucoup de choix et le patron a proposé des oeufs.

on ne sais pas si le café et le restaurant sont ouverts.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, wonderful location next to lake and bus

The breakfast was quite nice, especially considering that the price of dining anywhere in the city was very high. Brötchen, boiled eggs, cheese, and sausage of a high quality were what we had both mornings.

I wish the fact that the city tax was applied per drink was clearly included with the listed price, as each beer ended up costing about twice as much as I expected.

Nice view of the lake. Though it's far from city, the transportation is easy with both train and bus.

Short staffed. Limited time slots to check in. No restaurant within 1km of this location.

Breakfast and hotel service was fantastic. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The 200-year-old hotel has a very unique but enjoyable atmosphere.

Cozy hotel in a with a beautiful breathtaking view

beautiful place with a nice view,breakfast is great and tasty,room is big,bathroom is outstanding,15 min to city center and bus station is just infront of the hotel

Check in starts from 5pm which is very late,the wooden floor of the room was very noisy walking on,can easily wake up someone sleeping

located perfect for our trip and event. nice breakfast too very co fomfortable

little bit of moth ball smell in the back entry but better than any other smell I guess lol not bad enough to keep me from going back again

A greatly satisfying 1 night stay after a long day out - would want to come back :)

Extremely efficient property management while at the same time, offering a personal touch. Everything was well planned. We arrived pretty late (around 10pm) and had a key waiting in the key locker with a letter with all the necessary details. When I found the internet was not working, I was able to reach Robert from the common phone and get it fixed. I felt like a beer and lo, there was a dispenser serving cold drinks and beer as well at a very nominal price, added on to the bill the next morning. The breakfast service was served at the table which was a special touch as well.

The wi-fi service was on and off and the mobile signal also very weak so had trouble getting some urgent online work done.

Good location near the lake, large room, excellent staff

Dull decorating, shower curtain rather than glass screen, lino on the floor, and on the bathroom walls, smell of mothballs in the corridor

A warm welcome in Lucern

Roberto is an attentive and efficient host from the moment he checks in. The double bed was very comfortable. There was also a topper. Large room with everything you need. Quality breakfast. Bus stop 24 to Lucerne in front of the Gasthaus. Conveniently accessible thanks to the Lucerne visitor card that Roberto will give you at the reception.

Minor maintenance of the bathroom. Cow smell in the night.

Good food... Not the best facilities

Great breakfast.

Room was noisy from the street. The floor is very noisy. If you are walking at night you are waking up others. Not so good smell at the entrance to the hotel
