A szállás környezete rendezett, kellemes, gyönyörű a növényzet.

Clean hotel and with nice personnel.
The shower is impossible to be used by an adult of 1,75 meters and 75 Kg. The smallest shower I have ever seen and the door could not be closed, you must shower with the door open to be able to stay in the shower. The room was very outdated, the bed was uncomfortable, used and bad pillows. The breakfast had many choices, but it was bad, poor quality food, we gave up eating there. The room was not isolated at all. We heard our neighbours loud and clear all night, every night. It is not a 3 stars hotel, you should consider that this is only a 2 stars hotel and lower quality than where we stayed in Heraklion, where we chose a 3 stars hotel that exceeded all our expectations, at the same price as Elektra. The pictures are better than reality and the score here is much higher than it deserves.

Super clean!
Nicely located.
Rooms were very nice.
Staff was friendly.
Breakfast needs some improvements.
Foods need and should be labelled to indicate what they are and what e is in them for allergies.
Variety needs to improve with parts of the spread like omelettes, pancakes etc.

Towels… I stay with my daughter always left 2 hand towel and one body towels.breakfast is not was our taste , but we went different place. From 11-12 p.m o’clock don’t allowed to speak with friends , I am don’t talk about party music , just staying outside and have conversations. Poor Wi-Fi signal in the room actually never work , so they said you should go outside, if you wanna use Wi-Fi. I ask single sheet nite time I wanna separate sheet ( because my daughter use one) also one day left another day took. I went in different hotels ask same tour and information , because they was rude and looks why I disturb them . Few nites sleep is not bad , but no longer

Everything was excellent; breakfast, location cleanliness, staff.
It was a quiet place, very well organised with a nearby supermarket, pharmacy, suvenir shops and a perfect beach just 5' walk from the hotel. All areas were very clean. Staff was very pleasant and always willing to help on all matters.
There is nothing we did not like but surely there could be improvements. Only shampoo and shower gel availabe in the rooms so there could be additoinally shower cap, body lotion. Although there was a kettle in the room there were no cups, tea, nescafe and milk.

Fantastic location for visiting the Old Town of Chania. Found our favourite beach at Fallasarna (45 min drive) Jet Skis, waves etc, not busy.
First time in Crete and definitely won’t be the last.
Excellent hotel, exceptional cleanliness and I would rate 3 1/2 Stars
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Less than £700 for 2 people for 8 nights with breakfast. I’m happy 👍
Small shower and wifi not great.

A comfortable room, huge terrace, nice view. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The staff is courteous and very nice. The barman is friendly, the coffee is delicious. The pool is perfect for adults and children. The lady at the reception is very helpful, I loved it.
Unfortunately, towels are taken away every day. This is not environmentally friendly! 4-5 days would be enough.
The machine coffee provided for breakfast is terrible. I think a normal double espresso could be included in the room price.
There is no wifi in the room. Not at all! And after 11 p.m., they even turn off the non-existent one. Surf the net while sitting on the toilet! The internet is great there too!
They are very unfriendly on the nearest beach, don't go there! Even though you still see a sunbed in the background, they say there are no more.
Nowhere else have I experienced so much rejection as at Kalamaki and Sunbaboo Beach.

The quality of room cleaning every day was exceptional - the staff change towels every day, make the bed and tidy and mop the floors. Never ran out of essentials either (toilet roll, soap etc)
Pool bar staff very friendly and all reception staff very friendly too.
Messages through the booking.com app were very quick and helpful - our flight was cancelled and the hotel sent me very helpful messages about taking the buses.
The shower and toilet near the pool meant we could have a full day at the pool before our late flight home.
Can't fault the hotel!

waterfront, awesome breakfast with very good variety and greek specialties, clean pool and open until 10pm, daily room service and friendly staff, A/C working just fine
waitresses can be a bit too hovering and over-the-top at the breakfast buffet.

The staff at Elektra were brilliant! Everyone from the cleaners to receptionists to bar and restaurant staff were so lovely to us all, they went out of their way to help us with any questions and were really friendly. The food was lovely, great selection of drinks/cocktails at the bar, rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance of lots of cafes and restaurants so everything was perfect.

Breakfast was really good and the daily cleaning was also a surprise.
It was noisy, because of the sewer and the guests who were walking in front of our door.

It was perfect thank you

Swimmingpool only after 11?? The main reason for pool is early swim before the sea.
4.5 / 5.0
I really likes the room which was large and clean with balcony with partially view of the sea.
I really liked the pool which was clean and big.
I really liked the staff that were helpful and willing to help.
I didn't like the bathroom which was small.
The breakfast has room for improvement with more fresh options but still had a very good variety of items daily.

Nice staff, clean, good location.
Pool opens only 11 am. Parking at the street. Did not like breakfast, was not fresh (maybe due to corona).
