An amazing setting, looking into the beach and a few minutes walk from the beachfront restaurant. Tanos and Anthi - who run the hotel were friendly and efficient and gave great advice on where to go and what to do. We had a lovely 1 bed apartment for us and the kids with 2 beautiful balconies. A great hotel run really professionally.

I cannot imagine anything better on all of Sifnos. We did not want to leave. Truly perfect: the view, the bed, the breakfast, and the location. We hope to return.

Firstly Thanos and Anthi were incredible hosts and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Thanos was really helpful before we arrived to and helped to arrange a taxi transfer from the ferry port to the hotel and back (there's not many taxis on the island so definitely would recommend doing this). They were both really friendly, attentive, talkative and always willing to help when we needed something. The location of the hotel was superb and a short walking distance to the main beach and shops / restaurants. The hosts were very happy to help suggest places to visit and also help with taxi arrangements (if you don't have a car, which we'd recommend you do - as we didn't but next time we absolutely would).
Our room was stunning and comfortable, with a sea view and our own private balcony to sunbathe on. The pool was beautiful and quiet, we used this area every day. The breakfast was varied and full of fresh foods, if you'd like other options other than what's provided do ask as there's plenty!
We really enjoyed our stay at Niriedes and also Sifnos but our trip was certainly made better with the warmth and friendliness that Thanos and Anthi provided during our stay.
We will be returning and wouldn't stay anywhere else other than Niriedes, thank you 😊

Magical little hotel overlooking the beautiful bay of Platos Gialos. The owners Anthe and Yanos are wonderful hosts and are so helpful. Breakfast is superb and very generous. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious with incredible views. All in all a wonderful stay….we will return!

Cannot recommend enough! Thanos and his wife are the perfect hosts - incredibly welcoming and full of recommendations for the island. Hotel is small (probs 10 rooms max) but perfectly formed with a gorgeous balcony for morning breakfast, a little pool with sun loungers overlooking the beach and gorgeous rooms with every amenity you could need.

The location up the hill from the beach and best restaurants on Sifnos can’t be beat. Thanos and his wife are the best hosts and extremely helpful. We could not have enjoyed our stay more.

The room was spacious with its own lounge and balcony- tastefully decorated and an excellent breakfast on the terrace each morning. The view across the bay always caught the eye. Hosts were most engaging and helpful.
Lots of steps to negotiate down to and up from the village but great for your fitness.

The hotel was beautifully finished to a high standard. Our room was lovely with two balconies and wonderful sea and harbour views. Thanos was an excellent host and the breakfast was amazing. There was a lovely small pool which was relaxing to sit by after a day on the beach

The property is a amazing in so many ways, including (in no particular order) the incredible views from every angle of the hotel, the easy walk down to the beach, the comfortable and quiet rooms, the small but clean gym, and so much more. Not to mention, Thanos makes the stay in the hotel/Sifnos very memorable and hard to leave; he set us up with transportation, gave us lots of tips for food and exploring, and even accommodated us with a delicious breakfast despite an early checkout (to catch a ferry). Saving the best for last (although it was all amazing) is the breakfast, it was INCREDIBLE (e.g., the breads/pastries were delicious and from a local bakery (owned by Thanos’ father-in-law), the cheese was local and noticeably fresh, the eggs were cooked to order, etc., and the entire time you have a beautiful view of Platis Gialos. We loved our stay at Niriedes!

Loved this hotel, it is so gorgeous and comfortable , with wonderful touches. Our room was wonderful, with amazing views and a double terrace for relaxing on . The pool area is so sweet and we really enjoyed the sun beds and ordering a snack and drinks. The breakfast is so delicious with homemade pastries and breads from their family bakery, eggs were so good too. Thanks is a lovely man , with a good sense of humour. The bay with some lovely places to eat just a few steps away . I recommend this special place so so much . Thank you

everything about this hotel is fantastic- our room was spotless, overlooking the beautiful bay, with an amazing breakfast, lovely swimming pool, and a friendly host. the room was decorated well and our stay was wonderful. We felt very peaceful and loved the two nights. 1 minute walk down to the beach with some good restaurants along the sand - we could not fault anything! nice to not be in a touristy area
nothing! only thing is we are glad we had a car so we could travel around Sifnos.

Fantastic location for this hotel with great view on Platis Gialos and 2 min from the beach and all restaurants and bars
The hosts are super welcoming and everything was made to have a great stay : advices on what to see, fantastic play room for kids !!, delicious (and huge) breakfast, very nice swimming pool area.
Last, the rooms are really super charming with nice decoration and very spacious living room and adorable balconies.

This hotel was fantastic value for money and in an excellent location on Sifnos. Many of the great restaurants of the island are easily accessible on foot from the hotel, as well as a gorgeous sandy beach. Our room had incredible views of the ocean and three balconies to use, all of which had views. Thanos was a warm and gracious host, always ready with advice and to help with a recommendation or booking. The breakfast was extremely generous with coffee, eggs, pastries, and lots of local produce. I also have to commend the housekeeping who were extremely thorough and always left our room sparkling clean.
I really can't complain about this hotel, it was wonderful. The only thing that could be improved is the wi-fi speed but understand that this location is on an island and perhaps this isn't possible.

Huge and top quality breakfast. Amazing pool. Beautiful view over the bay. We were surprised that our apartment was actually a duplex with two toilets. Close to the pristine beach and world class restaurants. Close parking for our hire car. Also close to bus stop.
Shower was a big mess...but hey, we didn’t have to mop up afterwards, so.....

Everything was perfect at Niriedes Hôtel: The location, the view and our host!
Rooms are fully equipped, clean and very confortable.
Breakfast is exceptional with fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese (local and not), bread, cake and vienoisserie locally made in Sifnos.
The host is so kind and with good advices!
Our better experience in Greece! Thanks a lot, we will come back for sure!

What a place I would love to keep a secret ! The hotel was beyond our expectations. Charming, peaceful, stunning views, nicely decorated, confortable and a very generous breakfast. The owner also goes above and beyond to satisfy his guests. The hotel is located in Platis Gialos which offers a great variety of restaurants while remaining extremely quiet. Will definitely come back.
