Me pareció genial todo!!!! desde el Check in al Check out, Atención de primera. Comida espectacular. Servicio de clase mundial.

Nada...todo perfecto! Viajo mucho, por trabajo y de vacaciones; es realmente el mejor hotel que conozco.

It was Awesome!

The breakfast was awesome & so was the staff. Very welcoming & attentive. We loved Jonathan & Rudy but everyone was attentive.

We loved everything. Maybe as a suggestion if the hotel could offer transportation to airport even if a fee was charged & also transportation to near by areas.

Necesita mucho por mejorar.

La ubicación y muy buen desayuno.

Personal mal preparado. En recepción me indicaron que no leen las solicitudes especiales, tuve que bajar y mover las maletas en todo momento. A mi salida llame a recepción para apoyo con maletas y 30 minutos pasaron y tuve hacer varios viajes a recepción para bajarlas.

La habitación son excelentes agua caliente y la cama es muy cómoda, me gustó la ubicación que pudimos hacer un par de compras en metro centro que está al lado

I liked the location with a shopping mall right across from the hotel.

They forgot about my request for connecting rooms.

The location.

The bathroom sliding door was not safe. It smashed my finger real bad. Sliding doors usually have a stopper to prevent injury. I’m glad it happened to me and I was able to warn my kids so it didn’t happen to them. I told the frost desk about it and they didn’t seem to care. My son and I also went to the restaurant hotel one night. No one helped us find a seat so we sat ourselves. We sat there for about 15-20 minutes and no one came to greet us or help us with a menu. Eventually we left. The hotel front staff should work on their friendliness. The bell man was more friendly and welcoming than them.
