L’emplacement, la vue, la plage, la piscine.
Le restaurant dans l’hôtel.
Les nombreuses marches non signalées, la salle de bain vétuste dans les bungalows.

The location of the resort - at the corner of the busy beach and elevated is great for view and peace and quiet. The tracks to mushroom and Tamarind Beach is interesting and a little exploration for families and even doable for my husband with his walking stick! But prepare insect repellent.
The unforgettable view of the beach, sea and Mount Agung of Bali from our room's veranda make us come back to this location.
We traveled to Crystal Bay beach resort in Penida from here and Nick the resort manager was able to arrange a boat to take us to Crystal Bay beach straight from the beach at Song Lambung resort. It saved us from having to take 3 trips - a car on bumpy roads to the yellow bridge; a boat to penida from the bridge; and a car ride from penida port to our resort at Crystal Bay beach. Phew!
The road in Lembongan is still rocky and safe only for very experienced motor bike riders. Car rides were bumpy and the roads are narrow. Our drivers have to drive narrow and steep roads to get to the resort. And you still need to walk a little to get to the entrance. This path is not lit at night so bring torch or phone with lights to walk in.
Only deluxe room has kettle and safe box and is bigger.

The friendly staff…nothing is a problem….the location is outstanding and the accommodation is very authentic.
Beds could possibly be a little more comfy..but they were adequate!

The view is spectacular and the location being right on Song Lambung beach is fantastic. Tee up Agus on the beach to take you snorkelling to Manta Bay, Crystal Beach and Mangrove Bay in the morning and you can be back in time for breakfast. The family bungalow is huge and perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids - it has 2 bathrooms!
No hot water. Leaking roof created a huge puddle down the hallway between our bedrooms and housekeeping just put our bath mats there to stem the flow so we had soggy bath mats in our hallway for 2 days and no bath mats in our bathrooms. There are barking geckos in the ceiling that can keep you awake at night - the nets over the beds are there to stop the gecko poo landing on you during the night!

The location was perfect! Right on the beach front. The villas were nice size for a couple. Bed was comfortable and villa was clean.
Could improve on hospitality services. We initially had cold water for 2 days until it was changed. We stayed for 5 days and had to ask for fresh towels for our stay, although the lady was hesitant to provide us with clean towels until I went back to top of hill at villa to bring old towels down. The breakfast included was simple, we ate at local cafe at the front of villa along the beach.

Stay was not long enough

The views were absolutely stunning, I was able to see Mount Agung on a clear morning. You could easily swim in the ocean in a small beach right by the property, and if you don’t want to swim in the ocean the pool was very clean and still had the same stunning views. I loved that the property was tucked away but still easily accessible to the main area via a board walk along the ocean. The included breakfast was nice and had good options. Staff were incredibly friendly and remembered me by name in my short stay.
The huts could use a little bit of maintenance as their were some small cracks that allowed for bugs to get in and the door was sometimes hard to get lined up to lock. I think a heavier comforter would also be nice as I found the blankets a bit light.

the bathroom was a bit rusty, loud air conditioner outside of the neighboring bungalow. juices at breakfast could be better.

location, staff and the beach
warm shower, mini bar and fabulous private deck to sit out on. A lot quieter than in central Nusa Lembongan, I actually slept well.
$10 taxi ride back into town.. 4 min walk to The Deck, and Spring Spa for an amazing massage

The lushness of the property with its trees, plants, and flowers was really lovely. The view from our hut was perfect. The way the property is situated is very private, yet only steps to the active surfer beach and our favorite beachfront coffee shop. We also loved that we were right by the walkway to all the best restaurants and bars.
Things to be aware of:
The hill that affords every hut a beautiful view comes with steep stairs up to your hut.
Rooms are snug, closet space and hangers are very limited. We managed fine with 2 large suitcases, 2 carry-on suitcases, and 2 day-packs.
