Het hele appartement was gloednieuw en prachtig gestyled. Wij waren de eerste huurders. Het was tot in de puntjes verzorgd.
Echt niets. Alles was perfect.

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast. Would recommend if not planning to be in the room much
Small rooms poorly equipped. AC and fridge loses power when leaving room.
4.1
The hotel is close to the metro, comfortable room, quiet area, good buffet breakfast.
The light on the balcony the whole night through made me buy a blinder, otherwise it was too much light coming through.
4.1
great location, great breakfast, great staff, great value.
the only minor complaint was the shower which did not have much pressure.

Location
Very basic facilities, not very clean, especially bathroom. Ok for one night but would not recommend for longer stays. Not friendly for business travel. Breakfast very basic
4.1
Really near the Acropolis and other archaeological sites, quite near Monasteiraki, which was great! Pleasant staff, breakfast was reasonable (enough choice but not extensive). Price was very good for how close it is to the centre of Athens, and the area is relatively quiet, which was great! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was quite good.
The safe didn't work in the room, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work and so there was a bit of black mould in the grout. The towels were clean but a bit tattered and maybe in need of replacement.

The location is excellent. Super central and it takes about 10-15 mins walk to the Acropolis or the Thisseos Square and market and the commercial area (Ermou Street). Some rooms have view of the Parthenon and it's great. Friendly staff, helped with directions and taxi bookings and we even got a room with a bit of a view, but no balcony. The hotel provides basic breakfast and you can eat outside, they have tables.
The hotel though is really old-fashioned and hasn't been renovated for a while. The rooms are basic and everything is really old. Beds are not very comfortable, the bathroom is questionable and the room smelled a bit funny (but nothing major). It did look clean enough though and for what I needed it (1 night) it was acceptable, but I wouldn't book or recommend this hotel if I want to spend a nice week's vacation in Athens.

Excellent location right across the blue star ferries and next to train
4.1
Perfect location. Close to Acropolis, Metro, nice restaurants. Reasonably priced.
Every time we walked through the foyer (leaving for the day or arriving in the evening) not one of the 5 different hotel staff said “hello”, or even looked up, or acknowledged us in any way for the 5 days of our visit. We found that a little strange and unusual.

Breakfast was ok ,very centralised
I went to rebook the hotel a week later and the price had jump three times more

Location
Rooms, reception, way bookings are handled, room cleanliness, room size, breakfast choices, being moved to a really bad hotel from ( the same group) for the first night. No sound proofing, loud AC/heater. Roll out bed super uncomfortable.

Excellent location, breakfast, friendliness, helpfulness.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The selection of breakfast and snacks was perfect. Great coffee available as well. The location was perfect for the sites and walking around the city. Recommend.
Thin walls, a bit loud at times with other guests.

Exceptionally helpful staff, quick response to emails, available to leave luggage before check-in time.
Location excellent for Acropolis, museums, metro, etc. Many good restaurants locally, including ones catering more of locals than just for tourists like us.
Facilities in room were excellent.
The one problem was that street noise is hard to escape, even in small hours of morning - not good if you need to sleep before getting up early for a flight! This was on a cold night in March, there is presumably much more noise in high season -not much the hotel can do about this (Maybe basement rooms or ones on other side of hotel are better?) but light sleepers may need earplugs. This is the price you pay for a great view of Acropolis!

I liked that it was close to the center and to the main objectives in town.
I didn’t like that our room didn’t have windows
4.1
Staff were friendly and location was very good for the main sights. On a reasonably quiet pedestrianised street. Area around the hotel felt safe and was clean. Easy access to bars and restaurants if you didn't want to wander too far. Shower was decent size and water was hot and plentiful.
My room was comfortable enough (bed was comfortable) but decoration felt tired and badly in need of refurbishment. Room safe (great idea) was provided but it wasn't fixed to anything so could have been easily removed. Mine also didn't work (mechanism batteries needed replacing - sorry, I forgot to report this to the hotel).
The most unsightly feature was the dry mould around the balcony window although it wasn't visible until you moved the curtains. Also there were 2 broken shower head holders (in the shower cubicle, naturally!) and the one working one was too low and pointed in wrong direction. Minor inconvenience only but this and the window-surround mould shows a lack of attention to basic maintenance. Both easily fixed.
A kettle in the room would have been a handy addition. Would have preferred that to the small fridge that was provided, although had I been there in July or August maybe the fridge would win hands down!
Breakfast was fine - more than adequate in terms of quality and quantity. A bigger toaster (maybe 4 slice) would have been a help.

we did not stay because there was a problem to our room . they brought us to another hotel. very good breakfast
the downgraded us to a very bad area...this hotel was 12 euro a night cheaper....so ... also we had to take 2 taxis to go to moneteraki.

Really low prices per night, especially during the low season (in our case it was €25 p/n) considering the location and the option of having breakfast. The breakfast menu isn’t large, but is sufficient, considering that it includes warm ingredients such as omelette and sausages, apart from the usual cold options of ham and cheese. Facilities in the room were basic, but in a good shape. Towels are changed daily (unless requested otherwise) and the room is tidied up on a daily basis too (unless requested otherwise). A mini cafe at the reception ensures that one can get a drink and/or snack without leaving the premises of the hotel.
The only inconvenience that we encountered was the relatively weak sound isolation from not just our neighbors, but also “neighbors” adjacent to our room on the floor, which were at times loud during the night and woke us up.
4.1
The frendly staff and superab location under Acropolis
The breakfast it was very cheap as a comparison with the same price hotels. And the room very small for 3 person. I couldn't even use the cabinet
4.1
The hotel is located in a great location, within walking distance of most attractions, close to many nice restaurants and the subway. The breakfast was excellent and included a great variety of food, great coffee, fresh fruit and vegetables, traditional Greek bread and much more. The staff was friendly and smiling. The room we had rented was economy and indeed very small, but it included everything we needed even for a longer stay. It was quiet and warm, the bed was very comfortable.
4.1
Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
