The location was good, not far from the center of town. Very easy to walk to the places we wanted to see includidng the Pompeii Ruines. The room had air conditioning and was very appreciated with the heat in July. The facitlity was walking distance from the train station but using a taxi was just more convenient. Our Taxi did not show for our return trip to train station and we ended up walking which was doable but not our preference. The grounds were very well kept up and our front office person spoke some English. She was very sweet and helpful. The common area had a refrigerator we shared with other guests but we did appreciate having somewhere to keep drinks and snacks cold.
The room we stayed in had a very small shower door enterance and if you are 200 pounds or more, you probably couldn't get in. The beds are pretty hard which we found to be pretty normal in all the rentals we stayed in in Italy.

The rooms are great! The staff is nice and helpful. The location is excellent, as it is near the walking street with many restaurants and bars to choose from. Also very close to the Pompeii Archeological Site. Big rooms with a comfortable bed.

Very comfortable bed and room. perfect location in amongst the locals and just a short walk to the train stations (there are two lines) and Pompei archeological site.

hands down the best mattress we've slept on in Italy in the last three months!

Good location.
Bed a bit wobbly and holes in the sheets.

Amazing staff friendly and helpful. Short walk to the town, 5 minutes
Unfortunately no restaurant, but great restaurants around and they have great recommendations

The Staff was exceptional. They were so kind, and accomidating. They let me stay for a few hours free of charge when it was cold and rainy outside. Truly wonderful people that work here.
The walls were a bit thin, but that's not the hotel's fault.

communication was great and the quality of the mattress on the bed really was exceptional. The place was clean.
Its definitely not luxury. The pictures in booking are misleading, all kinds of different rooms are mixed together. I have tried getting not the cheapest accommodation in Pompei to be able to rest... well i might as well have focused on price. The room was not worth more than 30 eur/night.
The room was in a basement, with virtually no window (there was one 30 centimeter window 2.5 meters high next to the ceiling, which if you opened it, was leading directly at tire level to the parking lot).
There was mold in the bathroom.
There was zero soundproofing. Could not sleep even with earplugs because of the jakuzzi running in the above room, or the next night the people chatting in another room on the other side of the wall.
By nighttime there was no hot water. I mean it was not totally cold, but offered little to no refreshment and warming up by the evening.
All in all felt ripped off and cheated, and definitely could not have a good rest. It is not the quality of the furniture or the staff, that was OK. Marketing and pricing is misleading and whoever came up originally with the whole concept of this place had no interest in building something traveler friendly.

Very clean, walking distance to the ruins and town center. Secure

The spa bath is really big and works perfectly. Kind host and there is a kitchen in common use area with all the necessary tools etc.
The shower is extremely small. One of the members of our group actually just couldn't fit in there, so he couldn't have a shower at all.

Fresh, clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful design, decor and led lighting. Very comfortable massive jacuzzi bath. The comfortable memory foam beds were just incredible. Optimal location Close to center.

The place was clean and well located near the train station for Pompeii. Room was spacious and there was a nice area to chill out as well.
Cleaner didn't really welcome us very well. Asked us to wait on the road in the sun while we waited for the owner.
The accommodation itself was good, although room was in basement so natural light was a bit lacking.

The staff was very flexible with our check-in time and showed up an ~hour earlier than standard check-in to let us in. It was very nice. The hotel room itself was also so unique and fun with the hottub/lighting/tv with the fish! My boyfriend and I really liked the unique & relaxed feel of the luxury room. The location was also a short 10-minute walk to city centre.
The hottub was leaking from the left side in our room, which caused the water to puddle on the floor near our luggage and by the bed (bed is raised from ground so no concern with getting the blankets wet). Luckily, we caught the leak early and used towels to mop it up but this should be fixed.

Basic but nicely furnished room, with good selection of toiletries that were replenished
Spotlessly clean
Good TV with free Netflix
Excellent customer service. Amalia, the front desk lady, was delightful. She went out of her way to help us despite only having limited English, even decorating our bed as she knew we were there for a special occasion - a really nice touch! She also gavegGood pre-arrival and post departure service too.
Secure parking
Our room was in the basement with only a small ceiling height window. It's fine for a couple of nights but if you like fresh air and to see the sunshine it can feel a bit claustrophobic
Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast is currently in a small cafe just a short walk away - it was fine for the price but nothing special- 1 pastry and 1 hot drink per person.

Room in the basement, breakfast in a bakery in the next street (1 croissant and a hot drink, not really a breakfast)

We spent 4 nights at Luca and Evelina’s place and it was a great stay. We felt the most welcomed. Big, clean rooms and toilets. Complimentary breakfast. Pleiadi is located at the center - close to the basilique and Circumvesiana Station. Free parking. Kisses for Evelina, Luca and Gabrielle.
Nothing to complain about
