freundliches personal, ruhe

ich hatte angefragt bzgl tiefgarage, man hätte damals sagen können das diese extra berechnet wird!! frühstück war gut, aber mehr als überteuert! wir haben ein zimmer zu viert gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein zimmer mit austattung für 2 personen. auf reklamation wurde gehandelt , trotzdem nervig..

Wir kommen gerne wieder und hoffen auf Verbesserungen.

Die Lage in Schwabing und die Entfernung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, ebenso wie die Bedienung.😄

Die Einrichtung ist dunkel und in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hätten uns ein 2. Kopfkissen gewünscht. Die Auswahl der TV Sender ist umständlich

Short stay before IFat Trade Show in Munich

We loved this Hotel, especially Theos Bar downstairs. I think we ate there 3 times and the guy who served us was so lovely and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and the lady that did our room was so helpful and kind

The staff on the front desk weren't very kind or helpful

Super Lage und Frühstück

Wir waren zu einem Fußballspiel in München. Dafür liegt das Hotel hervorragend - U-Bahn ist leicht erreichbar und es sind nur ein paar Stationen bis zur Allianz-Arena. Das Frühstück war top, sehr viel Auswahl und super Qualität. Wir würden wiederkommen.

A great base to explore Munich would stay here again.

Really lovely hotel room and the mini bar and facilities were really nice too. Location wise it was perfect for exploring the Englischer Garten and the city via the U-bahn

Automated check in was a little tricky but the reception team were helpful and sorted it for us. And maybe a few more coffees/ cups as we were 4 in the room and only had facilities for 2

Gute Lage, schneller Check in

Das Zimmer war ziemlich ramponiert, Deckenleuchte und Vorhänge fallen stellenweise fast runter . Putzfrau stand um 8.00h im Zimmer und fragte wann wir gehen. War schon öfters in dem Hotel, bekomme aber anscheinend jedesmal ein schlechteres Zimmer. Kundenbindung geht normalerweise andersrum.

Wonderful Stay

The hotel has all the facilities needed for the stay, the rooms i reserved were nice and big. Very friendly front desk staff, thank you. The hotel has very efficient air conditioning system which makes your stay even comfortable during the summer season. The hotel also provide a secured, very big parking garage which has an access to the hotel by elevator and costs 26 euros per day. Breakfast is also nice.

I like the receptionists people , the room is good but it needs to be better since it is a suite

The receptionists Collaborators Quick response to the customer's inquiry or request Their permanent smile.

Room service is not cooperative And they don't clean the rooms properly. The laedy in charge of the room service staff is always her voice is loud and screams at everyone, she screamed at me once without politeness, the coffee machine does not work in the room, and when I asked to change it from the room service, she took it, the bottle of water is not available daily and when I asked for water they said it’s only on check in

Great all round offering. Get a lot for the money by trading off central location.

Good "out of town" hotel with close access to the U Bahn. Looks like it's had a recent refurb so the rooms are nice and the general facilities good

It is a business hotel so it's not exactly full of character. Does the job though and is a good all rounder

first day i arrived they said they dont have concierge in the hotel and the rooms were not that clean and they had a renovation which no one told us about it and they started early in the morning like 7 am.

A very bad experience

Since I checked in yesterday noon i report a major issue in the toilet and they promised me to fix it on the same day but they didn’t then I called them back last night and they promised me to fix it this morning. now i just come back to my room at 17:50 and find out, they didn’t fix the flooding water in the toilet and the water is everywhere. I call the reception and Mr hero. Answer me. After I explain the issue I have and he said: I cannot do anything for you, the plumber in this hotel in vacation Friday, Saturday Sunday and he will be here on Monday. I think this is unacceptable. Someone check in your hotel and have an issue for three days and nothing you can do also he refuse to change the room. I need someone to financial compensation my trouble also I need someone to call me right away with a solution, not Mr hero.

Good but not Great

Mostly a great stay except for a few things. Bed was nice. The balcony on our room was a nice surprise. Always great when the hotel gives you a fridge in the room. Rooms were clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Staff was friendly. Location was very easy to jump on the Ubahn and go downtown.

The main problem was the pillows. We had a nice big comfortable bed with only two very sad flat pillows. We called down to request two more pillows, which were brought quickly, but they were also flat. We had to stack the two pillows under our heads to be comfortable. Hotel was so nice, but in the room was only instant coffee. Seemed like the kind of place that would at least have a small single cup maker.

Superb

The hotel was easy to get to and from the airport, the Airport Express bus stop is right next to the hotel which is extremely convenient. There are also a couple of metro stops near the hotel so we plenty of options when it comes to going places. The room is super spacious with a cute balcony space and is extremely clean.

All in all we were happy with our stay. Nice location for our need, and comfortable rooms.

The room, the location and the facilities. Comfortable stay.

The staff were absent and not very friendly. The receptionists were mostly sitting behind closed door in the room behind the reception. Not paying attention to people wanting help. One time that we had some drinks in the reception area we left the table with glasses and bottles on it, 5 hours later the same glasses and bottles were still there in the table. With one or two exceptions the staff were not overly friendly either.
